They've been at it a long time and now they're very good at imparting to others ways to breathe, stand and move that somehow engender energy, integration, and healing of body, mind and heart. I got to know them in 2015 after friends convinced me to take part in the Qigong class offered at the Crow Collection of Asian Art in the wellness program. I knew nothing about Qigong, my expectations were modest. The first class was profoundly refreshing - almost revelatory. How could a mere introduction to the ancient discipline of Qigong relieve pain, and give me the best experience of breathing I'd had in years. This may sound strange (Breathing? Really?) but I assure you it's true. I think I had forgotten how to breathe some years back, and it's been transformative to get that right again. I won't enumerate all the great outcomes.
