The insurance company pushed back on paying them, so I got involved with the insurance company to make sure they were made hole. What a professional company to deal with. Final note the insurance company paid them as the should now both AGS and me are happy. Will recommend them to every person I know that needs glass or interior work that they offer.

Safelite called immediately, made an appt, and got to my house on time. I have a Macan which meant replacing the windshield and calibrating the camera. They were professional and very sweet. I will tell you that, later in the evening, the rear view mirror fell down. I called and they had someone at my house first thing in the morning. There was a screw that was a bit loose. He fixed it, explained it and showed it to me. It took all of about 8 minutes. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I would highly recommend.

I had to chase them down repeatedly just to get the most basic updates. No one ever reached out proactively. It felt like I was managing the entire process myself while they did... nothing. They also failed to coordinate with my insurance in any meaningful way, which only added more delays and confusion. You'd think a company that does this every day would have that figured out, but apparently not. Request was send in Feb, it is now April, just to order a part and attempt to schedule the service. A month of me calling, following up, and basically begging for progress because they clearly weren't capable of handling it on their own. And then, after all that time wasted, they refused to complete the service, for no valid reason whatsoever. Nothing had changed from the original situation. Same car, same issue, same everything. They just decided not to do the job. To top it off, the on-site staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the inconvenience. No accountability, no urgency, no professionalism. Honestly one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Avoid Safelite at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like your business doesn't matter.

My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

1 STAR -- Extremely disappointing experience…read more The glass literally broke the day after installation, and when we contacted the company, they offered no solution, repair, or replacement. To make matters worse, the glass that was ordered was the incorrect thickness, and we were never informed of this before or during installation. We also discovered that they had put notes in their system stating that we could not open the glass DOOR TO A CABINET, yet no one ever communicated this to us. So we were left with incorrect thickness and a broken piece of glass the very next day -- with essentially no help from the company. There is no warranty with this company so even if their ineffective glass breaks, you're on your own. The biggest issue here is the complete lack of communication and customer service. If there is a problem with the order or installation, the customer should be told and given an actual solution or the option to not continue with the installation all together. I would not recommend this company. For something as expensive and important as glass installation, I expected much better quality, communication, and accountability.
