After trying several different companies and not getting any help craters and freighters immediately emailed me back and worked with me from beginning to end. Throughout the whole process they were professional and helpful. Initially I did not realize how expensive it was to ship fine art but they worked with me and made it affordable for me to ship. They even picked the art piece up for me, crated it very well, and even took the time to wrap the fragile ends of the statue.
