We moved from Texas to Estes Park and they unpacked our truck into our house that time, then came out a second time to unload another truck from a storage unit we had in San Diego and then when we finally bought a house down in Loveland, they came up a third time to move us down there! We kept going back to Watson because of Jordan, and eminently professional mover with an excellent eye for negotiating large furniture through tight hallways. our amoire alone has daunted other moving guys, but not Jordan. One of their guys suffered a knee injury so the next day the owner of the company, Joel, came out to cover for him himself! It was a big move and there were lots of challenges, but the Watson guys never complained once and kept a positive attitude throughout. Now that I've moved into my house, it's unlikely I will need them again anytime soon, but I recommend them highly.

Third, this is obviously just a template that was cut and paste then sent through our website. Pretty lazy. With reading the other reviews, it seems that JanPro would benefit from focusing on improving their communication and current customers first. Second, they should improve their communication marketing. Unfortunately, this is typical of many companies these days. They invest more in marketing than in assuring good management and services. Thus, they often loose customers. It would be better to invest in providing good service and good communication. This often can be the most effective marketing!
