The jury is still out on this one. We recently picked up a king down comforter, blanket, duvet, and other assorted items. Another king duvet was not there. I was back today, dropping off another down comforter for cleaning, and I asked if they still have the duvet cover. They said no, it was already picked up. It was not. The items that we picked up were clean and nicely packed. I will check back next week to see if they found the duvet cover. read more

The worst cleaner and the worst customer service attitude. I have been going to this cleaner for almost 3 yrs and 6 out of 10 times when I got home and removed the plastic, the clothes still had stains (just normal stains nothing big like food or anything, very ordinary stains) thenI had to take back for re-do. The funny thing is that they always said " no it will not come out" but once they re-do it its ALL CLEAN.......go figure! I have been giving them so many chances and slipping the ladies behind the desk attitude under the carpet many times. BUT NO MORE. I am DONE with them. Next to Sunset, you walk in--give and get your cleaning. Nothing out of the ordinary. I wanted to wear my favorite tie to a special dinner. The tie my daughter gave me. It needed 3 stitches to secure the back tab that had come loose. I came in, smiled and asked if they could do it while I waited. First, it was no sir we are busy. After I pointed out that it would take 3 minutes (estimated; I do not claim sewing expertise), they agreed that despite the crisis of adding this to their work load I could come back in 10 minutes. I came back, picked up a suit and was told the three stitches would be $5. I looked at the woman and just said "Wow!" Twice. The stitching was unquestionably the best 3 stitches ever on a tie. This place doesn't deserve a star. My family has been using this cleaner for quite a while and every time they disappoint. I guess it's our fault for giving them a second chance every time. It is unnecessarily expensive compared to others around town. They have ruined clothes, an expensive sentimental table cloth, and not respected wishes for hemming or cleaning directions. And they NEVER take responsibility for the errors they make. They are oblivious and not even that good at their job. I would 10/10 NOT recommend this place. If you love your clothes at all, find a different cleaners down the road. read more

I have been going here for over a year and their service has been normal. This last week I took in an expensive designer gown in velvet to be shortened for my height. When I was given a quote of $55 i exclaimed "wow!" But took their word for it that the material was difficult to handle. Indeed that is why I took it to a professional rather than doing it myself. One week later, and the gown I received back was ruined by a garish quality of thread, a slapdash seam that was crooked and taken out and redone roughly in places, and clearly visible from a mile off on a sea of otherwise spotless black velvet. A professional tailor would have done a blind hem, or asked me before running a sewing machine roughshod through the delicate fabric. When I complained, I was asked to return and speak to the manager a few hours later. When I returned, the manager was aggressive and rude, declaring that she did not see a problem, nor that the quality of work was lacking. The material being damaged by the repeated sewing and pulling apart was also dismissed as something that would steam out. No attempt at offering a solution to me was made. The manager continued to yell in my face, effectively telling me that I was wrong. When I asked for my money back, she declined. I will not be returning to this dry cleaner again and would advise caution to others. read more

I don't know if it's the lack of communication skills, or poor English skills, or a combination of both, but I will not be going back there ever again. I called them to find out whether they could have my blouse hemmed by noon on Friday and they said yes. I brought the blouse in and asked the same question again - will I have it done by noon on Friday? The answer was "yes" once again. Today I go in to pick up the blouse and it's not ready. The woman at the counter looks surprised, while she's THE SAME EXACT WOMAN who answered "yes" to my questions several days ago. Luckily the alterations lady was on site and had the blouse hemmed while I stepped away for a bit. Not complaining about the quality here.. just lack of communication. I've been going here for the past 10 years for everything from ordinary dry cleaning to alterations to removing stains from my clothes. They always do an exceptional job. When I went to college, I tried to find a local dry cleaner, however, the quality just wasn't the same. I went right back to this dry cleaner when I graduated. As for the people, the people at the front have always been nothing but friendly with me. They know me by name and have always been very honest people. I tend to leave things in my pockets and they neatly put it into a baggie and return everything, including cash that was accidentally left behind! There was one time when they were closed for the holidays, but I needed something right away but I was out of town. I called the day before and begged if I could possibly come by to pick something up knowing they were closing the next day. They said, "not a problem" and asked what time they should meet me. This is exceptional service in my opinion. Nothing but great quality and service from my experience. read more

Great place. They have very reasonable prices and great service. This is the main place that I take my husband's and sons' shirts as well as my own dresses and they always do a great job. I haven't had any burns, losses, or any other problems and they always seem to go out of their way to correct and problems with the clothes I hand in. They are very friendly, as well as thoughtful (I forgot to pick up a suit for 3 months and they still had it. Thank goodness!). If I could give this business zero stars I would. I've been using this cleaner for awhile, and they do a decent job but it's very expensive and god forbid they ever damage your clothes because they won't do anything for you. I took 6 cashmere sweaters into them to have cleaned recently and to have the pilling removed. They were so aggressive when removing the pills that they put two large holes in two sweaters. I brought them back in to have them fixed and they did the repairs, but you can still very much tell that they are mended sweaters, especially given where the holes are in the sweaters. I wanted to be comped for the price of the cleaning essentially because it cost me $45 just to have all of this cleaned. After going in multiple times to get this resolved and after being accused by the clerk that I brought them in with holes in them, they told me to take it to small claims court. So much for their saying of the "customer is the most important person in the business". read more

We have been loyal customers for 10 years. After the tailor did a hem on 2 skirts, the hems fell out of both within one month. When asked to redo both hems after 30 days, they refused to do without repaying the fee of $ 22 each....Bad Business in an area where people are loyal and expect service in return. Used them for years, never overly thrilled, but too lazy to change - until now. Son brought in a sweatshirt to have a stuck zipper fixed for $12. First attempt at zipping it stuck again. brought it back and after 20 minutes of haggling they offered to credit me half of the charge on future cleaning. I tried to explain that they did not fix the problem they told me it was my 19 year old son's fault and they had put 10 minutes into the repair and expected to be paid. My entire family has been going to ABC for over 20 years. They are friendly and always try to help if I need something done quickly or have an usual request like washing my horse blankets. Their delivery service is timely and convenient. Their fees are mid range and I don't mind. I shop and support my local stores and I believe in loyalty --- they also do the same with great customer service! read more

They ruined my Hermes scarf. Nothing is ever their fault. What is ironic is they have a bunch of signs up on the walls about the customer being so important but then they choose to use language barrier to avoid hard questions about the quality of their work. Stay away!!! read more

I love this cleaners. The women that work there are friendly and efficient. They know my name and I am able to drop off and pick up in a matter of minutes. If you need something in a rush, whether it is cleaning or alterations they are very accommodating! My husband and I have been taking our cleaning there for 8 years, one of us is there at least once a week and we have always had excellent service without any problems. P.S. They charge half of what we pay to have our clothes cleaned in Florida. read more
