On the dentist's side there is a great sectioned-off waiting area with plenty of toys to play and seating. We did not wait long to be seen. Although this place is very busy (I believe there were 7-8 children all being seen at the same time), there are many hygienists working, as well as the 2 dentists. We were also visited by a person in management (office admin?) who engaged my kids and I in conversation for a few minutes. Like the other reviewer said, there is an open area in the back with 4 chairs all next to each other, which I suppose is great for families with multiple children, but did seem vaguely awkward considering the lack of privacy. There are also several private rooms on the side as well. My son saw both Dr. Goli and Kristen and they were both very fun, engaging and attentive. For first time visits, your child gets a tooth brush, toothpaste, a goodie bag with info and prizes and a certificate with their picture on it. Updating my review for a second time. This one is from an overall dental insurance and dental…read morepractice review. I finally resolved the $60 cancellation charge. Visited the office and needed an endo procedure. However the referral was done and not knowing that although they can book the referral the referral could be out of network and it's the customers responsibility to ask the referred office are they within network which makes no sense in my opinion. I accept the cost but what I paid for this referral, although the endo office customer service was great, was very costly. I'm done with this organization. What's done is done and to say it's a customer's responsibility while referring but not making them aware that the office they are referring could be out of network is irresponsible business practice. However I' will need not to worry about this anymore as all future appointments will be canceled. However I feel the dental insurance process and codes are flawed and that is being nice. I will pay my bill to endo and be done with this. This dental process in the end was robbery is my thought. I paid more with one procedure than two years worth of high in network plan coverage.

Well, my last visit ( previous review) was more or less a bandaid. I was told that I would need to…read moreget in asap for the extraction with sedation. Due to a chronic condition I have needed sedation. So the recommendation wasn't news to me. But, being " alone" it's a very difficult thing to find someone who can drive me, wait throughout the procedure, and then get me back home. I called on a Monday morning & was put on a wait list. During that time I could feel the juice from the IV antibiotic treatment wearing off and " Chicken" me was terrified of the pain I'd experienced returning. I ended up calling toward the end of the week and asking to speak directly with the Dr. my appointment was with - who I'd seen before, Dr. Lori Jurgens. I explained to her what was happening. She listened and asked that I stay on hold for a moment. Well, I don't think it was 2 minutes before she got back to me to come in to their Peabody office the next morning- which was a Saturday early (8;00 am) and they would do the procedure! I couldn't thank her enough & said I'd definitely be there. Saturday morning: my ride came in with me. We waited maybe 5 minutes if that. Everything was all set. The receptionist had everything ready. I went into the room where they started my IV for sedation. The whole thing must have taken just a few minutes because when I was in the area where you go afterwards, I looked at my phone.. maybe 15 minutes went by in all? I wasn't in any pain. The staff waited with me while I adjusted after the sedation. I got up to leave & all was great. I was given post surgery instructions that were not hard to follow. Pain was minimum & the healing took the usual amount of time. It's been a week & I'm doing just fine. I can't thank Dr Jurgens & all the staff enough for their kindness!
