My oldest stayed there and got her braces through him. Upon taking them off we weren't happy with results but could have been worse. I decided to take her to an orthodontist who said she had root absorption which is a risk with treatment. Had I known that and I clearly didn't as I had no clue what it was I obviously would have went directly to a professional as a one shot deal could be just that. Anyhow her front two teeth are loose and are now at risk to lose them. We have no choice with that risk to try another treatment. The only think that kept me in the office is your staff. Each and everyone of them is pleasant and made out visits fun. I'm very disturbed that you attempt to do something you're clearly not trained in. I paid a lot of money for nothing. You should be ashamed of yourself. I thought I dodged a bullet because your usual complaint is everyone has cavities and mine didn't. Well wouldn't that have been nice. I think it's time to maybe retire or not be money driven and actually do what's in a patients best interest. I give you a 1 as I needed to in order to continue. I give your staff a 5. A routine appt for two small fillings turned into this dentist doing panoramic X-rays which were not why we went there, a consult appointment added to what should've just been an appointment to get fillings. On top of it, at the appointment to get the fillings they only did 1 and told us he had to come back again. Why? I am guessing extra $$$ to be made. We have a dentist! and this office then contacted an orthodontist and had them contact us behind my dentist's back to come in. This place is a joke, completely out of line and trying to poach us from our dentist. Do not recommend.

Now I think maybe they've grown too fast because the waiting room is always packed full and the hygienists seem stressed and rushed. Plus I don't think we've ever had the same hygienist twice, and we've been coming here for maybe 5 years. They don't explain anything to my son or give him time to get used to anything. We've completely failed to get xrays the last few visits because the mouthpiece makes him gag and panic. During cleanings, they've started using the rinse-and-vacuum method instead of letting him spit and it splashes on his face and it's loud and uncomfortable. We're going to try switching to a smaller office elsewhere that can hopefully give him more time and a calmer environment.

During this procedure they decided to pull out all 4 of his front teeth without even a SLIGHT warning or consult with myself or his dad. I got a quick appointment which impressed me. What impressed me even more was the cleanliness of the office and the super friendly and professional staff. Just a good vibe in here and everyone seems to enjoy what they're doing. Dr. Goldberg is very personable and has a good sense of humor. Keeps things light as he goes about his business. No I'm not looking to pay for his sons college or fancy office. He is very nice to deal with. I believe 2 women take care of the billing. One who answers the phone, the other has longer blonde hair. If you question anything about the charges, the 2 are his bull dogs. They probably get commission.
