The company sent someone who caused the pipes to make a rattling nose until one of them burst and there was water flooding my basement. It cost me a significant amount of money, the company tried to say the leak existed before the worker caused the damaged. The amount of water raining in my basement after the worker left would have been noticed if the leak had existed before the worker came to my home. To top off the damage caused by the company the company sent me a bill. When I contacted them the day the leak occurred and afterwards I never got a response back. I hope this prevents someone from having damaged caused to their home by a company that will not take responsibility for the poor workmanship of one of their employees and will attempt to bill you for coming to your home and causing damage.

These guys turned out as soon as they could get their van dug out of the snow and both technicians, Wayne and Dennis, were polite, attentive, considerate, clearly articulated what the problem had been - I was most impressed.
