I first called 12 days ago to have them start my gas meter so that my unit could have hot water at least. No appointments until 10 days later with nothing to do about it. No one came, so I call the next day. They accidentally connect me with their dispatch where we spend 30 mins trying to figure out "what code my address would be" and if anyone's coming. They assure me to wait for the rest of the day, so I did. No one came, so I call the next day. Now, they're saying that my request "was input incorrectly," and I have to make a new account. Their new appointment is in 13 days, meaning we'd be without hot water for 25 days since our initial call.
