I knew I had mold/mildew that recently cropped up due to a menacing squirrel problem a few months back, which resulted in a tear in one of the ducts we were unaware of. DJ and JJ were extremely professional and knowledgeable and gave me the reassurance I needed that the problem was taken care of, also confirming they didn't see any other holes in the ducts. I am a little late providing this review, and can confirm that the problem has been cleared up and has not come back. AdvantaClean showed up promptly at the appointment time. Both men were dressed professionally and were very polite. I took notice too that they were very neat around our home taking care to protect items that might "get in the way". As a mother and a home owner - for 8 years it's been on my mind to clean the lint collector behind the dryer. FINALLY it's done - and not a minute too soon. I found in one night - that running the air conditioner on 73 is keeping the house as cool as it did at 68. The technician showed me everything that was collected from our air ducts and dryer exhaust tube. Horrible experience. The contractor does not communicate with subcontractors nor does he inspect…read moretheir work as it is being completed. We were told that the work would take no more than 2 weeks --- a lie. Subcontractors did not report to work three consecutive days and the contractor was not aware of their absence. The contractor nor anyone from his office could not be reached to inquire about the whereabouts of the workers. Drywall work was sloppy, demolition was sloppy --- dust everywhere. Painting was horrible. Painters painted the insides of the window pane. Our hardwood floors were ruined either by the drywall people or the painters. Paint, dust, and debris on the hardwood and they could not clean it off or remove it. They had to replace the hardwood in the dining room and a portion of the foyer. HORRIBLE WORK. The "replaced/ new" hardwood does not match the remaining hardwood throughout the house. The contractor, owner of the company, was very nonchalant about the whole matter.... the workers not showing up and the hardwood floors being ruined. The men who put down the replaced hardwood left glue stains all over the floor in several areas. They came back on a separate day from the day of installation to clean the glue, but guess what? The glue was not able to be removed. Shotty work. The great thing about it is that I documented all of their work with photos and videos I will share with those who need to be made aware of this horrible situation. This project has left me very disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn't use this company to build a house for my dog.
