The building construction is quite recent, and they've designed the apartments to be greatly comfortable. The noise level is practically Zero. The compound has good amenities (pool, gym room with equipment, BBQ and outdoor gathering area.) The neighbors I have met are very pleasant. The administrative office staff is very efficient, always ready to help with any questions. Although I called for minor problems, I have to say the maintenance crew is excellent. Quick to do their job with perfection. I cannot speak highly enough of Mark, Amanda and Pablo.

Pet friendly, but no dog park and many residents do not pick up after their dog. The hallways in the buildings are filthy and are covered with spider webs and other bugs. They go through and use a leaf blower to blow the bugs out the end of the hall where everything lands in front of the entrances. Several people have had their cars broken into.

The office staff has changed significantly in the last 2 years - 8 out 10 times I have had to work with them they are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not provide a decent level of customer service for the amount they charge in rent. The grounds are not well maintained; the doors to the outside handles are broken or don't stuff, hallways and stairwells of our building are not well lit and they are constantly filthy with trash, pet feces, stained carpets, strong foul odors and smells. I have never been in an apartment complex where they care as little as they do, are as rude as they are, and absolutely lie to you about what to expect in your lease. There are a few good ones but the worst is the head manager. I forgot her name but she is incredibly rude and cares about herself more than anyone i have ever seen in my life. She has no idea how to run an apartment complex but somehow still has a job. Then there is the guy who works there who will literally add women on Instagram when they sign their lease and comment on their videos, etc. I have had multiple women in the complex tell me about this. The noise - the noise in this apartment complex is dreadful. Its almost like they installed paper and painted it to look like a wall. You can hear every footstep from your above neighbor and if your side neighbor has a barking dog, you will hear it the entire day. Not only that, but before I moved in i had a view of the city which they told me would stay, but two weeks after I moved in they started construction on a new apartment complex that would block my view (rent didnt change) and cause a nightmare of noises. Then you are also right near lost and found, which could be the loudest intersection in all of charlotte Fri-Sun, so good luck sleeping. Not only that but you have the cars that love to race at the early hours of the morning even on the weekdays, and you will hear it all. There is much more I could go on about. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere for an apartment unless you want to deal with the worst management team in the entire charlotte area.
