Even though the sign says that they're operating hours on Sunday are 12 to 8. The doors are firmly locked. I know this is a family run business. There are rumors that there is a separation occurring between the individuals who own this property and that this business is potentially going out of business. Sad as supposedly they showed that they were carrying some beverages that we wanted for a holiday party.

Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.

If you reproduced this brewery anywhere else in the world, there would be lines wrapped around the block for three or four blocks. Couldn't find a beer I didn't like. Didn't sample them all, but it is clear someone here cares more about the beer they produce than just having taps filled. So very impressed with all of the beer. I so want to camp out here and spend every weekend with the great beer at Toll Road Brewing Company. The BEER: Sun Ryes rye IPA 7.3% ABV... I can honestly say this is a complex and solid IPA Get off my Lawn Helles Lager 4.7% ABV... this is good, smother once it fully carbonates Liquid Schwartz schwarzbier 5% ABV... I really love this beer, it is everything promised and more Czech's in the Mail pilsner 4.8% ABV... so this is good. Wish they had the long Czech pour, it would elevate. It definitely needs to sit and carbonate, because once that happens, the magic starts. Tripel Lindy Belgian tripel 10.2% ABV... this Belgian is smooth, not boozy and super delicious. One or two only, unless you are having a frat party. To Hefe & Back hefeweizen 5.3% ABV... this is an excellent hefe more citrus in the front, but as it warms it settles down to an almost perfect banana clove experience. Toll Road Brewing Company is a sleeper... one of the best breweries in Florida. If you like craft beer and you don't visit, you have missed a wonderful experience.

They did have my favorite beer ever (Weihenstephaner) in a can which was awesome and they even poured it into a branded glass. And like a Mike Tyson opponent in the early 90's, it went down quick! Ahhhhh... What stood out to me was the awesome service. The two ladies behind the bar quickly recognized when I needed another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and were quick to offer another libation.
