Huge, flavorful pizzas and wraps. We ordered The Buff slice and Chicken Caesar wrap. Both of them were so good and a large portion. Menu really holds true, there is a good reason to why the wrap is "kinda famous". Absolutely packed with dressing, lettuce, and chicken. Love the crunchy bits of "crouton" too.
Thin, Crispy crust = A÷ Excellent comfort, Easy ordering for whatever you may need with your meal. And... it stays open late night
Finally tried lazy moon and totally understood the hype! My friend and I got three slices to try for takeout and each one was amazing. Our favorite slice was the Cuban. Since I ordered for takeout I picked it up from inside and everyone was nice and the food came out promptly. The restaurant also looked super cool on the inside and we will dine in next time we get it. There was a huge parking lot with space and easy to move around. The regular slice reminded me just of a New York pizza. I'm so happy we finally tried this place and can't wait to come here more!
Great food and friendly staff. We come here often after trivia since it's one of the only places in the area open after 10pm on Thursdays. We've tried a lot of their menu. Not so great: Jason's Mom is alright, but lately it's just been too wet. The chili slice was not great, too soggy. The meat lovers comes loaded, but it is really greasy and you might even say too much meat. Our favorites have to be the cuban slice, down home, and the buff slice. You can't go wrong with those. The calzones are also pretty tasty. You can also create your own if you're not feeling any of the preset toppings. But in comparison, I think the preset ones come with more bang for your buck. Plenty of seating and if you're not that hungry, they have tinfoil for you take wrap up the rest of your slice and take home! Hot tip: get it kiddie cut. They give you a knife and fork, but kiddie cut means it's cut into smaller pieces for you already!
This wasn't a planned event. My step son's car broke earlier, while he was attempting to get something for lunch. We were in the area and it was 2pm and still lunch time. I ordered two specials which consisted of 2 slices of pizza for $11 and 1 slice of two topping pizza (extra cheese and pepperoni) for my step son which was $11 dollar also. We paid and they gave us a number and we self seated ourselves. Within 10 minutes our food arrived. I was amazed on how big the pizza slices were. I got my cheese slice, dressed up in grated parmesan and oregano. The pizza amazingly tasted very New York style, thinly sliced, right amount of tomato sauce , they could've gave a little more cheese. I ate all that i could eat and pretty left a large portion. The restaurant features sports bar atmosphere with a couple of flat screens, a bar with beer dispenser, alcohol, wine and soda dispenser with Coca-Cola products. Surprisingly, last minute my step son's ordered some hot honey mustard wings which were very tasty. Almost forgot to mention ample amount of free parking in the plaza.

Jason's Mom's slice was loaded with chicken, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatoes, mozzarella, baked ranch and the signature house sauce. Despite its size and all the toppings, the thin crust stayed crisp and held together surprisingly well. One slice is easily a full meal, making it a great value. The restaurant has a relaxed, college-town atmosphere with plenty of seating and a solid beer selection. It's perfect for a casual lunch, feeding a group or satisfying a late-night pizza craving.
I like big pizzas and I can not lie! If you're looking for a single slice of pizza thats longer than your forearm or a whole pizza that can block out the sun, this is the place! Lazy Moon offers classic pies and modern twists that will hit your right in the eye (that's amore). I greatly enjoy a cheese pizza, but I love to be able to change it up with a buffalo chicken pizza slice (The Buff) or a Cuban sandwich pizza slice (more pickles please)! The Boxcar Willy combo is my go-to. You get a slice of cheese and a PBR for $7. That's hard to beat anywhere. Plus, you can add pepperoni (or other single toppings) for about $1 more. The Colonial location is huge! Fun, chill energy with long picnic table benches, high top booths, and outdoor seating. Soccer and random sports are always on their TVs. Staff is always friendly as they drop off those big slices with bigger smiles.
I am a fan of lazy moon pizza and having boys equals I will have to be there on days I may not be craving pizza. So I got their small Greek salad and tomato soup. Admittedly the soup was cold so I had to ask for it to be reheated and after it came out it was on the hotter end but I have to say the soup didn't do it for me was somehow missing that homemade component. I know I ordered a small salad and they were generous on the sides but so much that I didn't have much actual salad. I don't care for olives didn't think it was going to be that many which pic doesn't show true amount. Anyway there's all that for you.. in the event you may have other menu items in mind.
I decided to stop in to try the viral chicken Caesar wrap, and I was not disappointed! The atmosphere inside is cool and fun with music and street art inspired walls. They have a decent beer on tap and wine selection to enjoy with your jumbo pizza slices. I was here for the wrap, and it was huge! I could only eat half of it-- the chicken was grilled perfectly, and the wrap was loaded with crispy lettuce, Parmesan, and garlicky crouton bits. I will definitely be back just for this!

This is my third time coming to Lazy Moon, but it's the first time I actually stopped to take pictures and post a review. The pizza was solid like always big slice, good flavor, and you definitely get your money's worth. I decided to try the calzone for the first time and it wasn't bad at all. Nice crust, plenty of cheese, and the pepperoni inside hit pretty good. My son stuck with the classic cheese slice and enjoyed it like he always does. Overall, still a cool spot with huge portions and a laid-back vibe. I'll keep coming back.
I have not been to Lazy Moon in a hot minute (like 5+ years). We decided to go for dinner the other night on a whim and I was reminded why this is such a local staple. I used to go to Lazy Moon all the time in college and it's nice to see them still going strong. We took our 2 year old with us and there was definitely lots of other kids there - a very family-friendly vibe. My son is just starting to like pizza and he approved of their colossal slices and fun atmosphere. I got the saganaki slice with roma tomatoes and my husband got the Meaty McMeatface Slice. Still the same pizza that we know and love with plenty to take home for leftovers. I also got the bee's knees cocktail which I really enjoyed. They have pretty good drink prices and happy hour specials as well. We'll be back sooner rather than later! read more
I have always been of the opinion that this is a cool hangout spot with an amazing environment to play group board games, have a good vibe with a large group and just generally enjoy yourself with comically sized pizza. I frequent here a lot with my friends, the service is pretty quick and it's always busy. Highly recommend checking here it, it's a local gem. read more

(3.5 stars) I took half a star for some slow service after I was seated. There's a QR code on the table that you can scan to order more drinks and they bring it to your table. Mine took so long, though, that I was done eating by the time it came. I had to ask another server twice about it before getting it. But ANYWAY, the pizza is monstrous. Jason's slice was really good, though the dough was a bit chewy. The water spout at the soda machine is soda water, not still water, FYI. Which I love and prefer, so this isn't a complaint. The feel of this place is super chill several different seating types to choose from: regular table, high tables, counter at the bar, bench seating, outdoor seating. You'll have your choice here. All in all, it was a good experience. I'm full, and it wasn't pricey. Win win. read more

So yummy! The slices are HUGE but the crust is very thin so you don't feel disgusting after and you can eat the whole thing without feeling uncomfortable. Always a hit! We love coming here for a slice and a beer, and appreciate the chill vibes, massive slices, and variety of drinks on tap. They have so many options that anyone can find something to eat -- groups, kids, vegans, gluten-free, they have tons of options. There's open seating, so be prepared to hunt down a table, but we've honestly never had any difficulty finding a spot. Service is very friendly and prompt -- you get your food pretty quickly and it's always consistent. Came here to work and grab lunch, I've never ate here before. Saw online that they had a Cesar salad wrap and chose to come here! Ordering was fast and simple at the register. They gave me a number to sit at a table and I grabbed a water cup. My wrap came out quickly and was huge! It was soooo tasty, clearly seasoned enough to make every bite taste good. I also loved that they have free wifi, it made working from the location easy. The music is a little loud, I wouldn't recommend taking meetings here. But for a bite and to complete what I needed to, it was a great experience! read more

It's always a good time at Lazy Moon pizza. They have the largest slices I've ever had and they taste amazing! I love that you can customize your slice and that they offer honey on the condiment bar to go with your pizza! My go to combo is the bacon + blue cheese and I drizzle it with honey. I also got a margarita and it was great! To go I ordered a pepperoni calzone and it was so good! If you love pizza, give Lazy Moon a try! read more
Love the value of this place. The pizzas were the size of my body! Pretty cool little local spot with a huge open restaurant. Nice little bar area to compliment it as well. Today was great! Stopped in for a couple of slices and my wife received someone else's slice. Not what she ordered but it looked delicious so she wanted to keep it & try it. Pizza was on point today! Super hot & delicious. Sometime later they brought out the original slice my wife ordered even though we were happy with the " mistake" slice. Never asked for a replacement, very professional of the staff. We took the extra slice to go. 5 stars today. Lazy moon remains delicious as ever. read more
After eight years, this is still one of my favorite places to get a slice of pizza. The best part about their slices is the size being like a personal pan pizza they do the New York style slices as big as your head with a thin crust and they use fresh quality ingredients. You can grab a beer or wine or soda and enjoy their friendly service read more
The slices are HUGE! I visited for the first time and the pizza itself was very delicious. I did a Margherita but added chicken. I will be going back for more! There's plenty of seating and you can get some select cocktails or beers. It's a casual spot and you order at the front. It can take a while if there's a line. Woah! Massiveeeee pizza. LOL I stumbled upon this pizza place while searching Yelp. These slices are literally bigger than your head haha. There's also 30" pies CRAZY! Service was friendly and they check up on you often to make sure you're doing ok. I appreciate that.. The ambiance at this location was a little loud, could be because it was Saturday. On to the food - I ordered a build your own pizza - bbq chicken, pineapple and mozzarella As well as a pepperoni ( my bbq pizza was OK, the bbq wasn't your typical bbq it tasted more chipotle seasoned style. The pineapples were also not fresh it definitely looked like it was from a can. I'd give this a 4 out of 10. The pepperoni was better and tasted better. The pizza itself was crispy which had a great crunch.. I'd give lazy moon another try but maybe just a plain slice. read more

Funny, my review was removed because "it didn't look like your content depicted an experience at this location." What I made the pizza myself and put it in your box? Pure BS! That's the trash I was served and people deserve it to see it. That's the truth. I will keep posting it. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely nothing to write home to mom about and brag about. Blaze is definitely better. Pretty pricey as you have to pay for each topping and depending on the topping, the price varies. Visually it was disappointing as I feel I was cheated due to their toppings to crust ratio. Flavor is bland, nothing that really tickles the taste buds for me. The bacon and sausage on my gluten free pizza tasted extremely salty to me. My husband thought it was tolerable. I couldn't bare to eat it. Does this pizza look like it's worth $20? Staff was nice, restaurant appeared clean from what I could see. I observed a lot of personal drinking/drinks from the staff in the kitchen and front ordering area. If you're looking for a fairly quick meal option, with good vibes and a decent quantity of food for the price, then you're in luck. Head to Lazy Moon. I came in on a Saturday night for dinner. The ordering process was quick. There is a self-service soda fountain. Plenty of tables are inside and a few outside. The pizza came out after a short wait. I ordered Jason's Mom's Slice, which had just about everything on it - chicken, sauted mushrooms, caramelized onions, tomatoes, baked ranch, Jason's Mom's sauce, and mozzarella. It's a hearty slice. I could have done without the tomato because it did not stay well on the pizza when taking bites. There was a good amount of cheese on the slice. This is a big difference from the treehugger slice I've had in the past that only gets a light sprinkle of vegan cheese. I left very full and satisfied. There are to go boxes available at the front counter. I will be back to try the cuban slice! read more
One of the best affordable lunch specials for such a huge slice of pizza. I really like the taste and thinness of the crust on the pizza salad was fresh. I came here because I had an inKind offer which saved me even more money. I would definitely recommend for a Quick and affordable lunch.
