He just kept berating me and said he was going to close out the work order and tell the condo association that I refused to have the work done, all because I wanted to know what the work entailed. After getting stung for the 2nd time, i figured out they were flying in. They nest was high enough I'd need a ladder and I wasn't sure how deep they were, so I decided to try a professional. I called American Pest, the receptionist was friendly and told me a technician would get back to me today. A couple of hours later the technician called me and listened to my situation. He said he could check it out right then and it was probably to $80-100 to spray. He arrived within an hour and called me up to detail the situation. His trained eye found a bigger opening in my soffit with a lot of wasp traffic that I didn't notice. We had a good detailed professional conversation, and he warned of the possibility that spraying from the exterior didn't have a 100% success rate with a interior nest. I gave him the green light and he sprayed. A few days later the wasps were all gone to wasp heaven. Just a tip: They indicated they were only able to eradicate bee nests up to 20 feet. Anything higher would require a different exterminator company.

They divided the work, and although it took some time to complete, it was clear they were very thorough and attentive to detail. They were friendly and respectful throughout the entire process. They didn't try to upsell any additional services. We asked about adding a radon test, and they matched the price our realtor had mentioned. Both inspectors were very knowledgeable. Even before sending the official report, they pointed out any major issues as well as smaller items I could handle myself. The report arrived quickly, by the end of the day. It was very detailed, full of photos, and included helpful tips. Their service also includes a warranty for anything that wasn't identified as a problem during the inspection. My realtor was impressed with their work and asked for their contact information, as she wants to recommend them as well. I definitely recommend them for a home inspection. For reference, I have purchased another home in a different state in the past, and that inspection report wasn't nearly as complete as the one they provided.

They came out a second time free of charge to redo my carpets and baseboards. I was still unhappy and the carpets were still dirty. But I will be giving them my business in the future because when I called explaining my dissatisfaction with the carpets and asked for my money back the general manager went above and beyond. He refunded me for carpets and residential cleaning, which I hadn't even asked for, and offered free of charge to do my carpets a third time. I explained I had already done them myself and the house is a mess with boxes from literally just moving in. He offered me a fifty dollar gift card for my future services! And he really listened to what i was unhappy about and told me his plan to help correct this from happening again. This was the best customer service I have ever received and because of that, they will definitely receive my business again!
