Palladin came out to one of my rentals for a couple bed bug treatments. He performed the first, but then the tenant forgot about the second appointment (supposedly). Palladin said he showed up and nobody home. So no second treatment for tenant! Palladin could have 1) made a confirmation phone call, 2) called me the landlord to gain access , 3) rescheduled, etc. First treatment did not solve problem. He then used various excuses to avoid going back to home including having back surgery, tenant not answering his calls (a lie) and too much time has passed since first treatment. Hung up on me as I was inquiring about status. Poor customer service skills, poor processes and poor results. read more
