Come to find that they do not have a brick-and-mortar location but instead are 100% mobile and available 24 hrs a day. The person I spoke with told me that there is a standard service charge to come to your location (call to get current charge) which I didn't want to pay for such a small job, but he did tell me that I could meet one of the trucks at a current job site at no cost.....giddy up! The job site was not too far and the tech was given my contact information and would be expecting me. I get to the site and the tech was able to knock out the job really quick and for cheap. They can take credit cards payments on site and I was done in less than 10 minutes. I will keep their number in my contact list.

After speaking with him, i found a spare key & left a message on his phone. The owner still showed up to my location and demanded a $60 "service charge" for his time. I sympathize, but this is absolutely no way to run a business. Stay away
