Very easy to work with and explained anything I didn't understand. He was very professional and just very nice. Because I had to FedEx my prints and get them back as soon as possible, he let me drop them off at a FedEx facility, so they would go out on Saturday instead of having to wait until Monday to be picked up at their facility. There were so many addresses they listed and I just chose Downtown maybe so I could have an excuse to meet friends for Happy Hour later. I spent several minutes hunting for parking. I was so annoyed at myself for picking this location. Why? Next to PSU, hardly any street parking avail., students abound, so had to be extra vigilant with watching for pedestrians. I had to laugh. It'd be much smoother if I took public transpo. down. When I entered it was tight of people just standing there. I guess this is the line? It seemed like it might be agony. Bad thing, I had an appointment, so I couldn't bail. I was just patient and stood among the others. It was not as bad as it seemed, they helped me pretty quickly. We needed an FBI background check with Apostille. We were charged about $300 each. We did get the…read morebackground check and we did get that back fairly quickly. Our apostille however, ... we were told it would take 2 months - but that turned out to be a guess and in the end it was going to arrive too late to be of use to us. So, they then told us that we could pay an extra $200 each and get it expedited. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive any faster. We went with another service who would have done it ALL for half the price and had a 10 day guarantee. Don't get rolled by PDX Fingerprinting.
