The guy who runs this place is very rude he was acting like it's my fault when he is running a business. He really shouldn't be in the business of customer service if he can't act right. He should be in a warehouse to not be around people or be seen. He has a bad attitude and he will chase people out the door. read more

Drop off, ok. Need postal service? Notary? Expect slow or no service. Tried to get a notary the other day and they said no wills, plus you need an appointment. The man wasn't even polite about it, he seemed kind of offended that I asked. I went to UPS on 181st instead and they not only notarized my will, but it took less than ten minutes, no appointment needed. It's not like Postal Place has lines waiting out the door of customers....sheesh. read more

The process of getting digital fingerprints was pretty easy. I enrolled online and was able to secure a time slot. They sent an email to confirm time and what was needed. I arrived, with proper ID and was helped promptly. However my biggest beef was the lack of customer service it was the most sterile unwelcome appointment ever. It was like I was really ruining her day having to help me. Meh. I wish the dude downtown on broadway had openings today instead. At least he is friendly. read more

I came here to get my fingerprints done for DHS and showed up like 30minutes early and they were super nice and said sure come on up. They were very helpful and for the first time I was able to get all my fingerprints done on the first attempt. I will becoming back here if I need further fingerprinting. read more

It's too bad zero stars was not an option. I had a package diverted from my home address to here via UPS, after package theft from my porch. After receiving an email from ups to alert status as delivered, I went the next day to pick up. My package was not present, and I was told ups sometimes sends the "arrived" email the day before, and it would probably show up later that day. I called the next day and still no package. I was given an email address to forward my ups email to. No reply. I work weekends and followed up the next Monday or Tuesday. Still no package and at each interval, the employee insisted UPS was mistaken. I finally opened a claim with ups, which gave me the name of the "signer" at the postal place (per UPS, anyway). I emailed again with that info and asked if there was anyone by that name. It has been a week and there has yet to be a reply. I would not trust this business much more than your your front porch. read more
