Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

Teddy did not have to tell me that part of the problem was under warranty at the Honda dealership. Of course after going there and fixing the warranty problem they told me that the AC is not going to work because it had compressor problems. Teddy coach me what to say and what to do and lo and behold they called and said that was the wrong report that the AC was working! A couple hours later they called and said a technician was on his way. He arrived found the problem. He had the correct tools to fix it and took care of the problem. We knew it was a warranty issue but just to make sure i was not immediately giving a bill for the service totally understand. While bill me twice if by chance it wasn't covered. I just received a text saying it was covered by warranty. Minus the service call. I paid the 75 dollars. Great deal if you ask me. Very long story but here's my point. Scot showed up promptly as promised. He was so polite and showed genuine concern for our issues on our new rv. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He did several test on all the units, took photos for documentation...it didn't take him long to see that we needed 2 brand new units. He took care of all the warranty work that needed to be set up. He was so good I asked him to schedule the unit for winterization. Can't say enough about Scot, he is the gold standard for customer service.
