My long overdue review. Worked with this pharmacy for several years. It was a win-win for everyone. All our struggles with big chain pharmacies like CVS and Walgreens disappeared. Physicians were able to write branded medications and know that the pharmacy would process the coupons. Patients would be able to obtain branded medications at a lower cost through coupons. AND they got their medication the next day at their door step. Keep in mind we're out in San Francisco. Impressive service. read more

Small family owned type pharmacy. The only inconvenience is they close at 5:00 pm so it's really difficult for me to get my prescriptions on time as a working professional. I would suggest to them to either open earlier or stay open an hour later for those of us who work the same hours you do since you're also closed on the weekend. Huge inconvenience for us. read more

Love this pharmacy. Prices are amazing! Was diagnosed with rosacea and my insurance was not going to cover 1 of the 2 medications my dermatologist prescribed me. They were asking something like $500 for a month supply of Doxycycline at Walgreens. My derm office called ABC on a Sunday, and by Monday morning they called me to confirm my prescription. Dropped in to pick it up later that week... and only paid $25 out of pocket. read more

Slooooooooow and confused. I was excited to try this place after one of the reps came to my office, and said they handle everything for you and will deliver it within 24 hours (working days). Well, it sounded too good to be true- it is. The first month it was delivered to my old address....I called the pharmacy beforehand to double check the address, but not only were they clueless on the process, but apparently the pharmacy and the delivery service are two different companies and they don't communicate. The second month, my script was not delivered as promised, and when I called to ask why, nobody knew or really cared, frankly. It's a cool idea if the delivery process actually worked as smoothly as promised, but I think if the staff cared at all that would have been worth the hassle. read more

Only thing make sure to get your prescription before the weekend. They close on Saturday and Sunday and close Monday through Friday at 6pm. read more

These people are scam artists! They took my prescription from me at the doctors office and promised it would be at their Montclair location when I was ready for it. It wasn't. I finally found out today that they took it to the Rancho location. This is a schedule II drug and what they did is illegal! They are pushy and tried to get me to get my doctor to prescribe Vyvanse instead. My insurance does not cover Vyvanse and my doctor had already told me that. They literally sit in the doctors office and wait for business. read more

ABC Pharmacy has great customer service and their prices are lower than CVS, Walgreens, and all the other drug stores, at least for the medications prescribed to me. they are conveniently located downstairs from my primary care physicians office, and if they are out of a certain prescription, they fill it and mail it to me. they are extremely conscientious and careful about the consults, and I appreciate how they go over all the do's and don'ts and any possible interactions with me. This pharmacy is extremely unorganized and will continuously mess up your prescription . My dermatologist recommended this pharmacy because they deliver prescriptions right to your door. As efficient as that seems, I've learned the hard way that the only proper way to receive my medication is directly from a pharmacist herself. The reason being is that if you call the pharmacy and inform them one of your prescriptions is missing, they tell you that tracking and confirmation shows its been delivered. No. 3/4ths of my order has been delivered, but your shipping staff left out one of the medications. I tried to explain multiple times that I haven't received it. I even asked them to check the weight on the shipment to see for themselves. Nope. You're SOL if THEY mess up on your order. It's happened to me twice already and now I'm out 3 months worth of medication. It's unfortunate when a business doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and leaves the customer empty handed. For a pharmacy to be so irresponsible is perhaps the worst type of business to be. Your mistakes have directly ruined my body and hormones. read more

ABC Pharmacy, I wish you were closer to my home area but you are worth the drive. Today I went in to get a prescription filled, which I had taken to CVS and told the cost would be $66. Terrible! I tried to refill my prescription with them 4 separate times and no one would answer the phone! Due to my work schedule, I could not drive over before they closed. I eventually ran out of my prescription because I gave up and experienced withdrawal symptoms. You cannot do this to customers who need you! I tried calling other ABC Pharmacies for assistance and no one could help. I left voicemails and sent emails and to this day have not received a call back.
