When I tell y'all the cashier that helped me, was determined to get me what I was trying to buy. I had 2 coupons, 20% off and 40% off a full price item. I need more Castile Soap and since it wasn't on sale, the coupons should work.....NOT! The item ended up being discontinued so it was coming up at a cheaper price. I'm standing at the self checkout, looking like I'm going through a "user error" moment, so she asks if I need help and comes over to assist me. She tells me why my coupons weren't working, and works her magic somehow, and I ended up paying $1.50 for the soap, original price $5.38, discontinued price $4 something. Pharmacy team is attentive and helpful. However, they do try their best when there are a lot of customers in line. I had come to pick up medicine and had to wait in another separate line and they didn't have my order ready. Even though I received a text that my mediciation was ready. After a 15 minute wait, I finally got my medication and left. As I had 15 minutes to kill, I was able to walk around the store and look for goodies that I didn't need to purchase. Hahaha. I got a few chocolate candies and Revlon nailpolish as well. Even a plushie for my niece. The public restroom wasn't as clean and needed refill on toilet paper and seat covers. This is my local CVS and every time there is a forever wait at the register due to no cashier or no cashier as they are dealing with the self checkout. Luckily the customers that shop here are honest and wait to pay for their products as the front never has someone there- I am surprised more people don't just walk out without paying since there is no one to watch the front. Also, when you need something from the case it takes forever! It's best to track someone down and literally drag them to get your item. They need more employees working in a retail store, especially with lockup needs and front end service. read more

The absolute worst customer service, where employees (the manager, or the person who acted as a manager, to be precise) become annoyed because their customer services is requested while they are in the middle of a complaint session with a co-worker. And said employee is openly irritated at having to unlock the cabinet where CVS keeps beauty items under lock and key. And then is annoyed they have a line of customers waiting to pay (excuse us for interrupting your complaint session) and barks at me to stand in the correct space. (Um, you knew you had customers on the floor and did not like beings asked to ring people up.) CVS needs to train people in customer services better, especially if they expect them to help with items that are kept under lock and key. I will not be returning to this CVS. There has been an issue with every script at this location. Birth control in a zip lock bag and I have to ask for the inserts. They have switch me twice because of stock issues. My dr sent a script not covered under my insurance. They have yet to reach my doctor to request a new script (this could also be my dr not responding) it's been more than a week. Yet not one person there has told me I can get the medication over the counter for half the price of the health plan discount. read more

This CVS is right down from my house but I'm considering on changing pharmacies. The parking is horrible since Soup & Fresh opened. Last time I came someone parked in the handicap ( he did have a handicap plate) I was the only one left and her parked, got out and walked over to the restaurant. There needs to be signs 15 minute parking on handicap as well and also on the sign that says CVS parking only. My other complaint is. I'm here today and there are no shopping carts! There was only one being used in the whole entire store. They used to have poles on the 3 that they did have so you couldn't take them out of the store. Eric is the most incompetent pharmacist-in-trainning or just a staff who works at the pharmacy. He is a joke. We rely on them to get us medicine on time and accurately, we need someone who is doing his/her job and taking it seriously. Unfortunately, Eric is not. You would have thought that one who works at the pharmacy is one who is reliable. My wife ordered a medicine through Eric and when she went in to pick it up, Eric claimed his co-workers took her medicine and use it for something else (REALLY??). He promised my wife that he would order another bottle and would set it aside with a note. A few days later, she went in and again, he didn't have it and he said that someone took it while he was not around. REALLY? This guy asked her to come back (again) for the third time. He promised that he would take care of the medicine since he will be at work tomorrow. If you are not committed, please stop messing with customers. You may put people's lives at risk. I'm used to Rite Aid where I can wander around, ask questions and treated with respect. I had a horrible experience and I will not be returning anytime soon. My insurance gives me a certain $ amount for over the counter items from CVS and I feel very thankful to have it. I order on line which works great. I consider myself friendly and like to chit chat with people when I'm out. My Dr. sent my prescription into the CVS pharmacy and when I call to inquire about the price I was told the Insurance didn't cover one of the prescription. I explained that when I was with Kaiser my medications was covered. I ask the pharmacy technician what is the price she stated $50.00. WOW are you serious , I was only paying $10.00 at KaIser. So I contacted my Cigna Insurance and I was informed the prescription was covered and the cost was $10.00 like Kaiser. The Cigna associate even call the pharmacist for clarification on the situation. Man is the CVS pharmacy trying to rip me off? When I arrived to pick up my prescription, I requested that my prescriptions be transferred to a closer CVS. OMG the pharmacist herself had a NASTY ATTITUDE. Very unprofessional and impatient, she didn't even give consolation and make me aware of a change in my prescription. I am 8 months pregnant and had trouble reaching. I placed them in the table in hopes that the lady working would lean a little bit to help out and she told me that I need to place the items where she can reach.
