To my untrained eye, I saw no damage on my roof whatsoever, but thought it might be a good idea to have someone inspect my roof just in case. I am very glad I worked with Brandon Turner, and I was greatly impressed with him and All Around. First off, Brandon spent over an hour inspecting and documenting my entire roof. Then he took the time to show me and explain to me what he had found (and there was a lot). I couldn't believe the amount of damage that I had missed, but that Brandon saw clearly and properly documented. Unlike many other roofing vendors, he wasn't pushy at all but just the opposite. He was patient with me, he took the time to explain things to me, and then let me make the decision of what was the right decision for me. I was very impressed with the level of detail he took to document the damage done to my roof. I then turned it in as a claim to my insurance company and Brandon and All Around took care of everything else! Brandon and All Around did all the work and communications with my insurance company. Then they installed a high quality and great looking roof with the extras we wanted (vented roof-cap, lifetime shingles, etc.). Also impressive was how fast they got the roof installed once they started working on it. The roof looks great! Brandon was very responsive, and either picked up on the first ring when I called him, or returned my call within an hour if I ever hit his voice mail. I ended up getting an entire new roof, 100% paid by insurance (less my deductible). All Around did all the negotiating with the insurance company. I also paid no up charges, no hidden fees, no junk fees, etc. at all by All Around. They did what they said they were going to do, for the price agreed upon, and they did a great job of it. They also did an EXCELLENT job cleaning up afterward (better than I had expected). I was so happy with my roof that I referred my mother-in-law to Brandon and All Around and they did her roof. Now she rants and raves about how nice her roof looks and how nice a guy Brandon is. If you're looking for a good, professional, local, established company that will do a great job and at the agreed upon price, you should work with Brandon Turner and All Around. Had Kaufman install a rubber roof on our home and new flashings. It was and has been nothing but a…read morenightmare. Huge gaps left where they laid heavy beads of caulking. Some flashings were installed incorrectly resulting in water intrusion. The seams on the rubber were not laid to shed water they were stacked and the rubber was cut short across the entire roof. The drip edge was installed directly against the facia which has resulted in the facia now rotting. When I asked about all of this the owner came out and said as a homeowner it's your responsibility to get on the roof every year and remove and replace caulking. NEVER EVER AGAIN will they get a penny from me. Be very cautious when dealing with this company.

After getting roof replacement quotes from 5 different companies, I decided to go with the second to cheapest option - which was Twin City Roofing. And of course, I got what I paid for. The problems began after I signed the quote and handed over the deposit check. I live next to a day care and young children play outside all of the time. Paul, the project manager that was working with me, suggested they perform all of the work on the 4th of July week since kids likely wouldn't be at the day care then. I arranged with my neighbor to not have kids there that week. A few weeks go by and I didn't hear from Paul or anyone else at TCR. The Friday before the 4th of July week, I reached out to Paul to find out when they would be coming and he said "Next week I believe". Then on Monday when no one arrived, I reached out to Paul again. He responded by saying he was on vacation and that Robert P. in the production office could help. I reached out to Robert and he said "I can tell you it won't be this week." Obviously I was unhappy that the roof wasn't going to be replaced that week but I was more upset with the lack of communication throughout the process. It should not be on the client to have to contact the company multiple times to try to get answers. Nonetheless, when the roofers came to replace the roof on my house, garage and shed, they came unannounced. The concerning issues came from work on the roofs. The shingles on the ridge of my shed transitioned from shingles that are meant to be put on ridges to what look like starter shingles. It is very obvious this is not correct. And on my garage, there is a full 15" of a starter shingle that is literally just hanging from the edge of my roof. How did this get missed?? And the biggest issue is with the flat roofs on my house. I asked all of the appropriate questions to Paul from the outset to make sure that there would be grading on the flat roofs such that all of the water would flow to the spout and drain. Alas, a few days after the work was complete, we got our first rain storm and I saw water pooling along the edges of the flat roof and heavy pooling in one corner. I contacted TCR on July 14th and sent pictures of all of these issues. I didn't get a response so I sent a second email on 7/20. I finally got a response from Tyler and he asked me when would be a good time the following day for him to check out my issues. I responded with a time in the morning. I then didn't hear back from him and he did not show up the next day. I was later contacted by Robert and he said he was working on a game plan on getting my issues addressed. Five days later (7/26), he sent another email saying he would have a game plan the following day and he would let me know. As you can imagine, I did not hear from him on 7/27. I emailed Robert again on 7/28 with no response. Finally on 8/9, Tyler came out to my house to take pictures of my concerns. He agreed that all of them need to be addressed. He said he would let me know soon what the next steps would be. I have not heard from him since. I emailed Robert on 8/16 telling him Tyler came out to my house and that I was looking for more information when the fixes can occur. I have not heard from TCR since - at all. I should have known from the get go something was off because after I gave Paul the deposit check, he asked me to write a good review of his efforts to boost the company. I was certainly not going to write a review for services that had not yet begun. If you do go with TCR, make sure to pay as little as possible up front so they have to come back and fix issues before they get their full payment.

The crews showed up without warning three times, which is dangerous and disruptive for my tenants. They attached my gutters to rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced and left the gutter guards with space so debris can get in. I have never felt so helpless and trapped in a contract with a company that does not communicate about what is to come, what has happened, and what will be. I am not certain or confident that the work has been finished and finished well. They really broke my trust. The stress, anger, and fear that I have felt for the past six months cold never be worth the price.

He was honest in telling me that it would be easier and cheaper to get a "handy man" to repair the damage and gave us the name of the person to repair it. I understand that the damage was small, and would not be worth the time for his company to repair it, but his helpfulness and kindness and honesty was very helpful, we will give Nick a call next time we need new siding, roofing, etc..
