She then told me there was no 7.5 in stock, only an 8, so I tried those on. After another 10 minutes waiting, I was told they couldn't find the other shoe. My daughter then noticed there was a shoe on the mannequin downstairs, which turned out to be the 7.5 I'd originally been told wasn't available. The staff member said they would remove it from the mannequin and asked if I wanted the shoes customised downstairs, which I agreed to. After waiting another 10-15 minutes with no sign of anyone removing the shoe or updating me, I left the store. Absolutely shocking customer service and no urgency or apology at all. Very disappointing experience.

It was a pleasant surprise since most of their locations are smaller and don't usually carry much soccer-related stuff. I highly recommend checking this place out. Fun fact: I really appreciated how they creatively spelled out their store logo, LIDS, using black and white hats. It's such a clever design.

Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. The raffles seem pretty fair lately. I've entered a couple drops the last 2 years, and I've won a couple great ones. I just haven't won on super exclusive such as Futura or Verdy... I love stopping by and talking sneakers drop with the employees. They are willing to share what drops they may get, and which ones they are uncertain about. I love the thrill of potential FCFS drops for the last minute inventory. Although they are occasionally too busy to answer the phone, they definitely give great customer service in person. The sneakers and clothes are great value. The price is retail, so every sneaker drop is worth the shop. Lately, they have had a lot of dunk and SB inventory. The selection was pretty massive. I did not know they had many different style and pairs. The pairs are all marked down about $30-$60 from the retail prices for the shoes. They also have selections of apparel and accessories. Shoutouts to the staff that really took time to show me a few pairs as I never tried any before. She recommend 4 different pairs as I mentioned to her I'm a healthcare worker and always look for comfortable pairs of shoes for work. The staff is very knowledgeable on the products and the recommendations were great. I ended up leaving with a pair of Cloudsurfer 2 as they fit my style and comfort!
