They didn't have my size but the woman in the store was very nice. No pressure. Let me look around. She also offered to order for me. I didn't have a problem with the price even though it was a bit more than I expected but for a one-wear situation I had a hard time asking for a custom order if I would later regret it. Still, if you need certain things it's a small store in a strip mall that would treat you well and appreciate your business.

Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. Anyways, I don't know how this place still has affords a prime spot inside this swanky casino. But if there's another exclusive release, I know what to expect and will definitely buy!

I found a pair that I really loved and when I tell you the staff went the extra mile, they certainly did. They had a buy 1, get 2 free sale going on. I don't have the time to grab two more pair so I was completely ok with just getting the 1pair. The cost was $329 and when I went to the cashier, she was so sweet & actually applied a huge discount so I didn't have to pay full price. I ended up paying about $130 for a sweet pair of boots. The customer service was fabulous, they take the time to help you figure out what you lean toward and make your experience shopping there a true joy. I'll certainly be back for more when I visit again!

I have purchased two of the six sandals right here. I wear these sandals all year long and one pair has sheepskin so I use them as slippers. They are the most comfortable and supportive sandal I have found. I know they don't always look super fashionable, but who cares when your feet are happy. They are a little spendy but you can often find great deals here and remember these sandals can last you a lifetime so in my opinion well worth the investment. There used to be two locations, but now only this one exists. It is not too far from where I live and I come here at least two to three times a year shopping for yet another pair. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Every season I receive a mini catalog with a postcard enclosed for a deal they will be hosting. I love taking advantage of their spring cleaning special. This includes you bringing in your Birkenstocks and dropping them off. They will treat them with cork sealer, clean the leather and give your sandals a thorough review for any issues that may need to be addressed. Price varies from year to year but I like to have one of my pairs worked on every year. They can also repair your Birkenstocks. In addition to Birkenstock sandals, they carry other brands of sandals and shoes like Vionic, Taos, Olukai (another great sandal), Keen, Dansko, and Alegria. For people that need arch support and insoles, pick up what you need here. This store is really a one stop/do it all shop and that will make me return over and over again.

From being promised my online order would be ready in 2 hrs, if I didn't call the store my online order would have never been fulfilled to being antagonized by an employee when walking in to pick up my order. When I called i asked for an update on my order, provided all my information then without notice London picks up the phone, another person in the store who I then had to repeat the same information. London tells me to call customer service tell them to fulfill the order & tell customer service to call the store. Without telling me, London handled the phone over to someone else as I was in the middle of asking the store to call customer service to get an update on my order. ALAN then called customer service, saved the day & advised my order was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up my order, I asked if the person helping me was Alan, he said yes. I then asked who was London (just to note for reference) Alan gestured the woman behind him & stated her, London then became aggressive asking me why multiple times as I ignored her & continued to speak with Alan & advised I didn't have any malicious intentions I just wanted to put a face to the name. I finally acknowledged & advised I just wanted to know due to our previous interaction on how she passed the phone in the middle of me talking then in a condescending way she said "well you got your shoes babes....". After her being aggressive with me in person & making me uncomfortable to shop in that store I decided this is incident should be shared.
