Brown tips of my Christmas tree

Hello I'd called your phone number and received a voicemail, I wanted to let you know that we have been getting our tree from this place for decades and been very happy.but this year very disappointed on our tree that we paid $123.24. though-out the whole tree we found dead tips. We did not notice this until we arrived home in the light, we just purchased this tree yesterday. We would like to return the tree for an exchange. Here are some pictures

I want to give this spot 3 stars because it's more of a kid-like theme park and not so much a patch. Granted, they have a small area to consider a patch and pumpkins inside the tents and they did a good job setting it up. They do have a pony ride which is great for kids too. They also have spots to do photos with because they setup backdrops; So it's good for photographers as well. The cons to it are during the busy season, the kid's area is very packed with limited space to sit down and it can be chaotic. In addition to limited activities besides jump houses and shooting paintball guns, in which the kiddos can shoot with parental help. Overall, if you're looking at a spot for kiddos to play and not mainly a pumpkin patch. Take them here.

Excellent customer service!!!! Highly recommend. She was exceptionally helpful and my kids had so much fun picking out a tree

    Snow dusted trees

I highly recommend visiting this tree farm! They have a very friendly and helpful staff, offered hot chocolate, a great selection of trees of all shapes and sizes, and prices. They even have snow dusted trees available! They were nice enough to give me a discount for leaving this review. Stop by and get your tree today!

We come to this Christmas tree lot every year. They are very helpful and the trees last through Christmas. Very friendly. They also have hot chocolate and candy canes

Several of you out there may have been to the big blowup slides in American Canyon across from Walmart. Normally they're there just in October, but this year they have in addition to the big slides they have big water slides there!! My grandkids had an awesome time they thought it was so fun we would totally recommend it this this Labor Day weekend! And another fun thing that my 10 year old grandson loved there was the paintball arcade! So we totally recommend you take your kids down there. They'll have a really fun afternoon.!

Took my 2 1/2 year old today and she had a blast! First pony ride first big slide. She loved it. But in all honesty, why charge adults 8 bucks for an hour. We can't go on the slides or in any of the jumpers. Of course we watch our kids playing but it's just away to make more money which is unfair. The gentleman in the front who checked us in was really friendly and courteous so no complaints here regarding the staff. So I received a response back regarding my review, much appreciated but let me try and understand. Upon entry I was charged $16. The sign says $8 an hour. That's where I came up with I was being charged. I was given no ticket for the pony ride. In fact I purchased a ticket for another $8 dollars for the pony ride. So where is my confusion coming from. Hoping the owners will see this update and clarify because there's no way for me to respond back to them.

Hi when do you all tear down the lot?

Lots will begin tearing down this week. We anticipate selling out of trees early.

    Can you take dogs?

Unfortunately not all of our customers are pet friendly so we kindly ask that you leave your pet at home. Thank you.

Where can I find white pumpkins?

You can find them at our lot. We are located directly across from Wal-Mart in American Canyon.

The mini white pumpkins had some imperfections and started at $4 so I unfortunately decided to pass on them. There are some cute photo ops, and there's an ATM on site. The corn maze is probably one of their most popular attractions but my fiancé and I decided not to do it. There's a children's playground that's extra cost, some turkeys, chickens, lambs and horses in the pens. There are some stands for corn dogs, popcorn and lemonade. Lots of parking. I think what's nice about this pumpkin patch is it's free entry and you pay for the stuff you want to participate in/buy which is nice!

There are tons of bounce houses, of which the smaller are included in the entrance fee and the larger ones cost $ to participate -- which a punch pass can be purchased for. We went on a Sunday. The price for adults was $7 each, and the price for our 7-year-old was $5. You get a stamp on your hand, but be careful because it easily washes off. I recommend getting stamped on your inner wrist. The food was expensive -- $30 for 3 tacos and 1 drink -- but I suppose that's to be expected at a venue such as this. A platter of Dino chicken nuggets and fries was $10, and the cotton candy was $8. Parking is free. Bathrooms are porta potties and gross, as you can imagine. Staff are friendly. The haunted trail is recommended for kids ages 12+, and I would agree that little kids should not be on this trail. It is more gory than it is haunted. There are several buildings along the trail, and may be 2-3 of the building could be seen as more haunted, but the rest of them were very gory. One was outright bloody (think scenes from Texas Chainsaw Massacre). The punch pass has no expiration date so can be used again at a future visit. The property is really large, so even though there are a lot of people, it doesn't feel extremely crowded even if the parking lot is packed. I would recommend this place for families who have older kids who aren't yet teenagers. And skip the haunted trail if you have a little ones with you.
