Our Napa Junction PTA board was in contact with staff at this pumpkin patch and the generosity was so welcomed. with the help of Chelsea, Sandra, Robert and Gus we were pleasantly surprised with a donation of a dozen or more pumpkins, several bales of hay and several bundles of corn stocks. These items were all used are local harvest festival for our school and helped set the stage for a very nicely, decorated harvest event. The concept is fun but the people working there are not happy people. They charge you $20 for an hour or $25 for 2 hours. That is pricey when you have multiple children. However you are not allowed to go in and see what you are paying for. I was told you have to try to see from out front. When we decided to buy a wristband and I used my credit card I noticed an extra charge. I simply asked what the charge was and the female worker replied "it's right in front of you" . Zero customer service at all. It's hectic on the weekend and there is a lot displayed at the paying tables so info can be easily missed. Helping guide and inform people is part of the job. I want to give this spot 3 stars because it's more of a kid-like theme park and not so much a patch. Granted, they have a small area to consider a patch and pumpkins inside the tents and they did a good job setting it up. They do have a pony ride which is great for kids too. They also have spots to do photos with because they setup backdrops; So it's good for photographers as well. The cons to it are during the busy season, the kid's area is very packed with limited space to sit down and it can be chaotic. In addition to limited activities besides jump houses and shooting paintball guns, in which the kiddos can shoot with parental help. Overall, if you're looking at a spot for kiddos to play and not mainly a pumpkin patch. Take them here. read more

Picked up our tree here for Christmas 2022. It's a big lot and they had a good selection of trees. As soon as we picked a tree, the worker grabbed it and prepped it and loaded it on our car. We went during a quiet time, but I could see that they layout was designed to keep a crowd moving. read more

Several of you out there may have been to the big blowup slides in American Canyon across from Walmart. Normally they're there just in October, but this year they have in addition to the big slides they have big water slides there!! My grandkids had an awesome time they thought it was so fun we would totally recommend it this this Labor Day weekend! And another fun thing that my 10 year old grandson loved there was the paintball arcade! So we totally recommend you take your kids down there. They'll have a really fun afternoon.! read more

2 stars for the fact that they did have pumpkins present, so that was nice. If you enjoy the harvest season, dont come here thinking any of that is celebrated here. It's basically about 7 jumpy houses/slides lined up next to each other and a small paintball shooting area, and then some piles of pumpkins. Took my 2 1/2 year old today and she had a blast! First pony ride first big slide. She loved it. But in all honesty, why charge adults 8 bucks for an hour. We can't go on the slides or in any of the jumpers. Of course we watch our kids playing but it's just away to make more money which is unfair. The gentleman in the front who checked us in was really friendly and courteous so no complaints here regarding the staff. So I received a response back regarding my review, much appreciated but let me try and understand. Upon entry I was charged $16. The sign says $8 an hour. That's where I came up with I was being charged. I was given no ticket for the pony ride. In fact I purchased a ticket for another $8 dollars for the pony ride. So where is my confusion coming from. We came here because my daughters were really excited to go to a pumpkin patch unfortunately it was a terrible experience. We got there and the line was pretty long but no big deal. We waited. When it was our turn to go next there was a family that didn't realize the line was all the way to the parking lot and they kind of got in front of us but to the side. I'm guessing the worker thought they were next but our family was the one that was next.. we hear her calling out next and then yelled NEXT as if we weren't already walking towards her.. she seemed to be in a bad mood.. not sure if it was because there was a long line and maybe she was overwhelmed still no excuse! I went up to her & I greeted her and she completely ignored me, so I said hi again and still complete straight face as if she was annoyed. I figured she thought we were cutting so I reassured her we were next in line and in a really stern voice she asks well how many kids are going to jump? We answered her and she was still giving us attitude so my husband asks her politely if she can please have a better attitude our kids are excited about it and she's making their experience unpleasant and you won't believe what she responded!! She said if we don't like her attitude then we can all just leave and she'll give us our money back!! completely unprofessional. I responded ok give us our money back and I walked out with my daughters because I wasn't trying to make a scene especially not in front of our daughters. The total was $40!! For 30 min!! Plus a pony ride. No, we can go to a more traditional pumpkin patch and get treated better. She stated she was the manager. We never even asked for the manager or if she was the manager she just blurted out "if you don't like my attitude then I'll give your money back and I'm the manager!" My husband decided to go back because her attitude was definitely uncalled for. He was asking her to simply give him her name and she refused. There was another lady that told her don't get them in for free(we never asked to get on for free) and don't give him your name and if Keeps talking to you call the police!!!! Call the police for what exactly?!!!! I'm soo upset. This place is so not worth it and unfortunately our daughters didn't get to enjoy it. We ended up finding a super cute pumpkin patch in Napa and they had a great time there. I really hope the owners reach out. read more

Decided to not pull out the tree and go buy a real tree this year. Found a nice Noble but god dam the dam thing puts out ZERO smell! Kinda shit is this when you wake up in the mornin and the house don't smell like fresh cut Xmas tree! So disappointed. Paid $118 for a 7' non smellin ass tree!!! Xmas is ruined now. During covid this was super fun. Cant stop living life. We paid the 12$ for 30 mins of sliding down the slides. The patch is free! They dont enforce the time at all. We bought pumpkins also and the kids had alot of fun with their giant slides. Bring baby wipes though because the slides have alot of dirt on them and the kids get it all over them. They have 1 handwashing station by the portable restrooms. Since their equipment is dirty they should have a separate hand washing station leaving the farm not by the bathrooms. OMG this place was way better than any other year before. The decorations the rides the music the fun. These managers are so much nicer and outgoing then the past years. They really made it fun and they are so good with kids. The place was spotless and they were spraying sanitizer every 45 minutes and everything including bathrooms were clean. Kids got sanitizer every 30-40 minutes no matter where the kids were this girl came and made them sanitize again. Felt completely safe and germ free not a piece trash on the floor. Definitely will be back to let the kids play and dance and visit the amazing staff. So glad this place opened read more

We had an awful experience here. My toddler & I drove 25 min to come here & it was definitely not worth it. First, the price to get in $16 PER HOUR! That's crazy if you ask me...and that's just to get in & jump on the jumpers. Everything else, the pony rides, racing, etc...that's extra! So I pay, whatever, & we go in to find there is no pony rides or racing, or etc. Because "It is only the 4th day we've been open & we still gotta set up." All they had was about 8 jumper/slides & pumpkins. That's it! Not even a concession stand. Why the hell would you open if you're not even ready? And if you must open, don't charge $16/hr per kid to get in! On top of that, they had only 3 KIDS running the place. 2 teenagers collecting money & 1 eight yr old supervising the jumpers. I'm not kidding...this 8 yr old was going around telling people to take shoes off & stuff. It was a joke. A little kid even got his nose busted on one of the jumpers & bled everywhere on it & I never did see it get cleaned up...why? Because they have an 8 yr old supervising. The prices are outrageous for the kids attractions! The place overall wasn't the best pumpkin patch. I've definitely been to better. It needs hay rides, hay slides, the works! I'm used to the traditional pumpkin patches. Maybe I'm being too critical? But i think this place could be better. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more
