My toddler was still too small to see so I was carrying her around and a kind man brought out a stepping stool for her to stand up on. Last we went into the barn to see the horse and carriage. It also seems steep to have to secure one of their security people to serve a champagne toast. Those are logistics for our particular needs that don't effect this park as a whole. While I understand that conflicts can happen in a busy family entertainment center, what has been disappointing is how these situations are handled. In my experience, the managers and staff do not appear to be adequately trained to respond to or de-escalate these incidents. Additionally, many of the play areas are often unattended, with little or no staff present to monitor children's behavior or help prevent problems before they escalate. I believe the facility would benefit from having more employees actively supervising the attractions and providing better training for staff on how to handle conflicts professionally. My kids enjoy the attractions, but the lack of supervision and inconsistent response to incidents makes it difficult for our family to feel comfortable returning.

I forget exactly how much it is to bowl here without passes but I do remember thinking it was pricey at the time. I believe it's also per person, per game, plus shoe rental. There are so many times when they close lanes for the leagues, which can make it so frustrating. I made sure to call in advance to see how busy they were. On a Monday afternoon, the girl who answered told me they wouldn't open any lanes until after 9:30 pm. I wasn't about to wait until 9:30 to take my 7 year old bowling. We ended up going on a Wednesday around 2pm. It wasn't super busy but it wasn't dead either. During the 4th or 5th frame of my group's game, an associate came over to tell us she was moving our game down to the end lanes. We started gathering our things, wondering why we had to move, but obliged. Then she came back again and said "never mind you can finish this game first". So we started playing again. She came back a 3rd time to tell us "never mind" again, and to finish the current frame and then move down to lane 35. Our group of 5 started once again gathering all of our belongings, balls, shoes, bags, etc. and walked down to 35. There was still a group standing there playing. We're just looking at each other confused holding all of our stuff, standing off to the side. The people at the lane weren't even actually playing after a while. Just sitting there chatting and eating. The associate came over once again and told us they'd be done shortly. So she first said it was open for us, made us stop our game mid way through, carry all our crap over, and then stand there for at least 10 mins. My poor kid was asking me what was going on and so disappointed in the experience. Honestly we all were disappointed! So the people very slowly made their way out, and the girl kept walking back over and saying "thanks for waiting"- as if we had a choice? Like we paid for this game that got interrupted and then had to wait for the lane to be free. So then she says someone will come and clean the table and floor because the people left a mess. Well surprise, no one ever came to clean it so my aunt took it upon herself to clean up the food mess left by the people before us which is not cool. They told us they would take care of it then never came back. I feel like the game should have honestly been comped for the bad experience but nothing was ever offered, not even something small for the inconvenience of it all. Leagues have priority here, and you're LUCKY if you get to play during regular hours and if you get to finish your game without being inconvenienced and treated like you're in the way of leagues.
