This place is the coolest! They literally have everything from the laser tag, rock climbing, zip line, slides, arcade, trampoline, etc.... Membership fee is $22 a month with 6 months to a year commitment. One day pass Deluxe is $35 but some games are unavailable or pay $44.99 all day pass which gives you access to everything in the park, and an extra fee for the required socks... The indoor park is open from 10-8pm. They have a restaurant inside which is really cool so you don't need to worry of getting hungry but they don't serve alcohol. I think this is the dopest park I've been for that price and services offered and it's clean, I wouldn't mind driving one hour away. I wish we have this in San Diego. It's pretty cool -- and honestly funny too -- seeing so many parents working on their laptops while their kids are off playing, it's definitely a scene you don't see everywhere, haha!

It's a cool place for kids of all ages. Especially older kids that feel like they outgrow a few of the indoor places around the area. It's huge. So many things for them to get into. They can be here for many hours. For parents bring entertainment for yourself. Bring a sound proof headphone because it is very loud and overstimulating for many people. The noise do go through AirPods if you think that may work. Download movies bring work to keep busy lol Pizza was good. A bit on the saucey side. It would taste better if you requested light sauce. Party here is expensive. So bring lots of money, but it is worth it. Kids love it. Do it for your kids. :) Bathroom is clean. Party room is chill. Very organized.

We heard this place recently opened around Thanksgiving. We came on 12/13/25 with friends to check it out. I browsed online and filled out the waivers the night before to save time. We arrived around noon and there were plenty of staff available to check us in. Isabella helped us; we asked lots of questions, took a quick guided tour around and then decided what we'd purchase. She was kind and patient with us since it was our first time. She let us know there's a promotion right now since we're part of the first 200 guests. If we purchase the Ultimate Pass we'd automatically get a Deluxe Pass for free that lasts a year to return, expires December 2026! Then, if we wanted, we could pay $5 more to upgrade (per visit). Parents could also get in on the fun and play for 50% off. Parents can also not pay and not play for free. Lastly we purchased socks, which to me ran a bit small. For 2 kids, 1 parent and 3 socks we paid $135.35. We were given our wrist bands, our Deluxe Passes for next time and off we went. It was full, but not squishy. There were a few parties in the private rooms, but overall it had the new clean vibe. We were told there really isn't a time limit, unless they've reached capacity. That made it more appealing so we didn't have to rush. The girls only tried about half the stuff while being there for 3 hours. They were happily exhausted when we left. They really enjoyed the trampoline area. One tried the tube slide and big slides like 20 times! Then they did the warrior course a few times; there were three different options. If you fell you landed in a 3 foot deep ball pit! They did the ropes course and laser tag. We didn't get to do the sky rider, the mini basketball area or the rock climbing wall. We'll try those when we return. There was also an area for smaller kids to climb and crawl and slide around. We noticed 9 party rooms available. There were a few benches throughout, 3 massage chairs, and mounted TVs playing sports. The intercom was a bit hard to decipher whenever staff would come on. There was music playing as well, but nothing crazy loud. There were bathrooms towards the back left and two areas to put shoes; one up front and one near the restrooms in the back. There were also lockers you could pay for to store your belongings. There were several staff which was great for safety and to ask questions. The reason this place earned four stars and not five was the food area. I ordered the pizza combo (comes with 2 slices and a drink) and 2 Dippin' Dots for $20.49. Since they didn't have cheese pizza ready I was told it may take awhile, like 12 minutes. No problem, I said. There were a good amount of tables and chairs, but getting the food, if you were given a buzzer, which I was, took FOREVER despite all the teenagers workering behind the counter. I literally waited 35ish minutes for 1 slice of cheese pizza and that was only because I went up to the counter 2 times to ask for it... my buzzer never went off. Also there was only one long line to order food, when they had plenty of space to add more lines. I could tell other people were not happy with the food wait times, why, because I was watching people go up with buzzers and sent back to keep waiting. The pepperoni pizza was sub par. The cheese tasted a bit better, but maybe my girl was just hungry for waiting so long. We probably won't order food next time, but we'll definitely return to try new adventures! Our girls were 12, 9 and 6 and they had a blast!

We LOVE this place! We have been to the Fullerton location for a birthday party a couple years ago, so we were so excited and couldn't wait until our local Murrieta location opened up!And we found out it was opening close to my son's birthday! We visited on 11/26 and it went smoothly. Paris was SUPER helpful and friendly. She has amazing customer service!! Thanks, Paris!!! We hope to have a birthday party here soon! We came here for a birthday party that started at 12pm. We stayed till about 7:30pm. I liked that there was no 2 hour limit and then they kick you out. The girls really got to celebrate.

Paris was the BEEESSSTTT party host EVER!!!! Super amazing party thanks to her and my kid wants his next party here thanks to Paris!!!

Super fun place for the kids HOWEVER prices steep! It's abt $40 per kid per visit. Right now there's a promotional ticket $100/6 months. It also shouldn't be a flat rate when depending on your kid height they aren't able to participate in everything. My kid loved it and can do all but the elevated attractions. I do feel like staff is attentive. One of them pictured comforted my son better than I could have imagined when he feared coming down from the wall he climbed. We will go back solely for his service and maximizing the 6 month membership.

Would you say this indoor park is more for big kids like 6 and up? Or do they have a toddler area?

Maybe it is more of a 4-5 and up place. But There's a trampoline area to go to if you want to do that.

Unfortunately, we learned after arriving that Toddler Time would not begin until August 17. We planned to stay for the full 90-minute session but left after approximately 45 minutes because of the lack of cleanliness, organization, and supervision. The toddler area was especially filthy. I honestly felt like bringing in a container of antibacterial wipes and cleaning everything myself. There was visible grime, duct tape covering multiple areas, ripped and damaged padding, lifting floor sections, and peeling walls. We also noticed dark staining and deterioration on the walls that appeared consistent with water damage and possible mold. I cannot confirm what it was, but it was concerning to see inside an area designed for very young children. The safety gate for the five-and-under section was loose, unstable, and did not feel like a reliable safety barrier. Some of the equipment also looked worn or poorly repaired. Several attractions, including the climbing walls, were not being used, so we could not fully evaluate everything the facility offers. The staff members were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not very attentive or hands-on. We saw at least three employees, and all of them remained at the front desk, frequently on their phones. We did not see anyone supervising the individual play areas, enforcing the posted age restrictions, or actively cleaning. Since the facility was mostly filled with children around six and younger that morning, having staff visible throughout the play areas would have made the environment feel much safer and more organized. This place has the potential to be a four- or five-star indoor play center, but it needs significantly better maintenance, cleaning, staff involvement, and management oversight. With young children touching everything and playing on this equipment, cleanliness and safety should be the highest priorities. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend a membership or a return visit unless some major improvements are made.

They don't call to confirm your party until a day or two before which was a little stressful, they were thorough over the phone, but no they did not specify that I would be paying for every child 2-17 so older siblings (mine is going on 18) was added to the party package along with a handful of older kids even though they just sat and didn't participate. For the amount of money you all make here, you sure do nickle and dime for every little thing. Please don't offer a photo package ($20 extra) for an employee to take terrible pics with a 1990's CoolPix camera that are blurry or are mostly just the backs of the kids. Maybe make an investment for a camera of this decade. The thing that made me most upset is that even though the party hosts were nice and polite, they didn't enforce safety rules in the rooms (like limit how many kids in each bouncer like the posted signs say) so my anxiety was through the roof watching 20 kids on one inflatable. Also I purchase extra pizza for adults and brought in as many snacks as I could to save money. Hosts let the kids mow through the adult pizzas instead of offering more pizzas to the kids OR bring out the extra pizzas for the adults. We ended up being stuck with 2 1/2 large crappy pizzas to take home. Our party plus the most current party we attended left a bad taste and we won't be returning even with our free jump passes. My next kid wanted to have her party here, but we won't be back, sadly and unfortunately.

By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

Before making a decision, visit other gyms, ask current and former parents about their experiences, and compare the quality of coaching, communication, and facilities. From what I've observed, many parents have chosen to move their children to other gymnastics programs. In my opinion, the coaching staff is very young and lacks the level of experience and professionalism I expected from a competitive gymnastics program. I also felt that concerns raised by parents were not taken seriously. My impression was that the owner was more focused on keeping families enrolled than on addressing legitimate concerns and improving the overall experience. Another concern is the facility itself. During the summer, I found the air conditioning to be inadequate to keep the children comfortable, and during the winter, the gym did not seem to have sufficient heat. Children spend hours training, and I believe a safe and comfortable environment should be a basic priority. If you're looking for a place for your child to spend time, this may work for you. If your goal is quality coaching, athlete development, professional communication, and a positive training environment, I encourage you to do your research and compare other gymnastics programs before making your decision.

This review is not about the staff…read more Our party host was friendly, helpful, and did a great job keeping the party running smoothly. My frustration was with the way management handled changes to party packages. I booked and prepaid for my son's birthday party in June (for a July party) during a promotion. Before the party, I even called the party hotline twice to go over the details of my reservation, and at no point was I told that the attraction tiers had changed or that there would be optional upgrades available. When we checked in with seven excited kids ready to play, I was told I would need to pay additional fees as their packages had changed. Mind you, I had already paid the $200 for the party in June. I had to pay $35 for an extra kid because the new package included 5, not 6 kids. In addition, I had to pay an additional $9 per child if I wanted everyone to have access to the attractions they wanted to use. That wasn't the time to be making an unexpected spending decision, and realistically I wasn't going to tell a group of kids that some of them couldn't participate. (I was prepared to pay for one extra kid and an extra pizza). We ended up paying $360 instead of the $260 I had budgeted. To add to the confusion, I also didn't receive the balloons that were included with my party package. After reaching out to management, they explained that the attraction tiers had changed after I booked and clarified how the pricing worked. While I still think the communication leading up to the event could have been much better, I do appreciate that they took the time to respond, acknowledged that the communication wasn't clear, and offered two complimentary Unlimited Play passes and a large pizza as a goodwill gesture. My suggestion to Urban Air would be simple: if party packages change after customers have already booked, proactively notify them before their event. It would avoid confusion, unexpected charges at check-in, and allow parents to make informed decisions before arriving with a group of excited kids. What would be even better is that when you book a package, you are locked into that price and details instead of it changing. I would be really hesitant to book another party here because I wouldn't know what price I would ultimately be paying day of. Overall, the kids had a blast, and we'd likely return to play. I just hope the communication around birthday parties improves, because that's what took away from an otherwise fun celebration.
