They can be here for many hours. For parents bring entertainment for yourself. Bring a sound proof headphone because it is very loud and overstimulating for many people. The noise do go through AirPods if you think that may work. Download movies bring work to keep busy lol Pizza was good. A bit on the saucey side. It would taste better if you requested light sauce. Party here is expensive. So bring lots of money, but it is worth it. Kids love it. Do it for your kids. :) Bathroom is clean. Party room is chill. Very organized. read more

First time we have been here and there is a bunch of pros and cons from a parent's perspective. We came in for a birthday party, was greeted and directed to party check in. That's when we got lost with absolute no direction given after, just pointed to the party room and was told to go there. Our party host, didn't really engage much with the parents or kids or give any direction as well so we just let the kids run rampant, hoping there would be some kind of party structure. They do call your party back to the room over the loud speaker which the acoustics of this huge building made it hard to hear. It's way larger than uptown jungle, super cool concepts and activities to do, seemed semi-supervised by employees in some areas, but not all so the vibe I get is basically older kids watching younger kids. It took nearly 20 minutes to receive a frozen pretzel that was nuked and still cold and churro bites. The icee float was terrible, don't recommend, just get a regular icee. Surprisingly their pizza is pretty good! In the end it just struck me as a hunger games: kid edition where a parent can sit down at the cafe for a couple hours and have this place babysit your kid. There were 9 private party rooms and a bunch of outside tables to have parties at as well. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable is the lack of security and safety measures, this place is so loud, crazy and hectic, what would stop anyone from coming in and taking a child? There is no identifying stamps or bracelets or any checkout measure to make sure you are going home with your own children. Parents seem to have a false sense of security in here and I'm sure most are not following their kids and eagle eyeing them the whole time they are here. read more

This place is the coolest! They literally have everything from the laser tag, rock climbing, zip line, slides, arcade, trampoline, etc.... Membership fee is $22 a month with 6 months to a year commitment. One day pass Deluxe is $35 but some games are unavailable or pay $44.99 all day pass which gives you access to everything in the park, and an extra fee for the required socks... The indoor park is open from 10-8pm. They have a restaurant inside which is really cool so you don't need to worry of getting hungry but they don't serve alcohol. I think this is the dopest park I've been for that price and services offered and it's clean, I wouldn't mind driving one hour away. I wish we have this in San Diego. It's pretty cool -- and honestly funny too -- seeing so many parents working on their laptops while their kids are off playing, it's definitely a scene you don't see everywhere, haha! read more

Took my kiddo around noon to burn off energy. This place is AMAZING! The little ninja warrior section is great. The establishment was clean and food was fresh and hot. My only gripe is that at the rock wall and rope course needed more staff. The levy on the rope course was constantly getting stuck so my kiddo was stuck a few times and only one attendent. And the rock wall only had 3 staff but several kiddos. I witnessed kiddos unbuckling themselves because there was nobody to assist them. Even a kiddo climbing without a harness because no staff was available to keep an active eye. We heard this place recently opened around Thanksgiving. We came on 12/13/25 with friends to check it out. I browsed online and filled out the waivers the night before to save time. We arrived around noon and there were plenty of staff available to check us in. Isabella helped us; we asked lots of questions, took a quick guided tour around and then decided what we'd purchase. She was kind and patient with us since it was our first time. She let us know there's a promotion right now since we're part of the first 200 guests. If we purchase the Ultimate Pass we'd automatically get a Deluxe Pass for free that lasts a year to return, expires December 2026! Then, if we wanted, we could pay $5 more to upgrade (per visit). Parents could also get in on the fun and play for 50% off. Parents can also not pay and not play for free. Lastly we purchased socks, which to me ran a bit small. For 2 kids, 1 parent and 3 socks we paid $135.35. We were given our wrist bands, our Deluxe Passes for next time and off we went. It was full, but not squishy. There were a few parties in the private rooms, but overall it had the new clean vibe. We were told there really isn't a time limit, unless they've reached capacity. That made it more appealing so we didn't have to rush. The girls only tried about half the stuff while being there for 3 hours. They were happily exhausted when we left. They really enjoyed the trampoline area. One tried the tube slide and big slides like 20 times! Then they did the warrior course a few times; there were three different options. If you fell you landed in a 3 foot deep ball pit! They did the ropes course and laser tag. We didn't get to do the sky rider, the mini basketball area or the rock climbing wall. We'll try those when we return. There was also an area for smaller kids to climb and crawl and slide around. We noticed 9 party rooms available. There were a few benches throughout, 3 massage chairs, and mounted TVs playing sports. The intercom was a bit hard to decipher whenever staff would come on. There was music playing as well, but nothing crazy loud. There were bathrooms towards the back left and two areas to put shoes; one up front and one near the restrooms in the back. There were also lockers you could pay for to store your belongings. There were several staff which was great for safety and to ask questions. The reason this place earned four stars and not five was the food area. I ordered the pizza combo (comes with 2 slices and a drink) and 2 Dippin' Dots for $20.49. Since they didn't have cheese pizza ready I was told it may take awhile, like 12 minutes. No problem, I said. There were a good amount of tables and chairs, but getting the food, if you were given a buzzer, which I was, took FOREVER despite all the teenagers workering behind the counter. I literally waited 35ish minutes for 1 slice of cheese pizza and that was only because I went up to the counter 2 times to ask for it... my buzzer never went off. Also there was only one long line to order food, when they had plenty of space to add more lines. I could tell other people were not happy with the food wait times, why, because I was watching people go up with buzzers and sent back to keep waiting. The pepperoni pizza was sub par. The cheese tasted a bit better, but maybe my girl was just hungry for waiting so long. We probably won't order food next time, but we'll definitely return to try new adventures! Really cool spot to bring your kids. They have rock climbing, obstacle courses, slides, and zip lining.. I'm not gonna lie, I had a blast too. Only down side is that it's easy for your kid to be able to leave without supervision. Other than that it's a fantastic place. Maybe if they also had wrist bands for kids with autism would help. This review is for the Murrieta location. I purchased two unlimited passes for my children before they significantly changed their weekday hours. At the time of purchase, weekday hours were 10:00 AM-9:00 PM, which was a key reason we joined. They later reduced hours to 4:00 PM-9:00 PM, a material change that drastically reduced the value of the membership. Had these hours been in place originally, we would not have purchased the memberships. The new schedule does not work for our family and makes the membership effectively unusable. Despite this, customer service--including Supervisor Jason--refused to allow cancellation or issue a refund. This is not a preference issue. It is a fundamental change to the terms under which the membership was sold. read more

They were so busy and their employees were not educated enough on the memberships that the girl who worked with me, signed me up for a six month membership instead of what I was told "a monthly membership". My son hasn't been back since his second time because he isn't tall enough to do half of the things there! I do not like that we were both lied to and now not able to cancel our membership because the new employees didn't know what they were selling us. I visited prior to the grand opening to film my kids content for YouTube, so technically this was work for me. the staff is cool! Thankfully Jamie remembered me from a previous trampoline park and helped us sign in and get things straight away, manager was ok with me filming content but this is not something that is normal for everyone since there's usually lots of hoops to go through as a YouTuber. Nonetheless, staff was very helpful from sign in and through all the safety assistance with slides and obstacles. ANYWAY. Super fun park! 5 slides, small zip line, and there's ground level and air obstacles, lots of climbing and jumping. We were busy for 3 hours having too much fun. The zip line does get busy cause the gearing up process takes a while. would definitely return! Visited on a Monday afternoon, wasn't crowded but lines got longer after 3pm. It also shouldn't be a flat rate when depending on your kid height they aren't able to participate in everything. My kid loved it and can do all but the elevated attractions. I do feel like staff is attentive. One of them pictured comforted my son better than I could have imagined when he feared coming down from the wall he climbed. We celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday at Urban Air Adventure Park, and everything was absolutely wonderful! We had the private party room, which made the celebration feel extra special and stress-free. Lexi was amazing--so sweet, attentive, and incredibly helpful with coordinating every detail. This location has only been open a few weeks and the lack of employees working certain areas is concerning. The climbing area in particular has 7 climbing areas with only 1 employee working it. There is no set time limit for the kids climbing so there were kids waiting for over 20 min just to be able to enter the area To climb then they have to wait for the employee to put the safety harness on them. The kids can climb and then get off and climb on another area therefore making the wait time just insane! There needs to be a better method here. For the amount of money families spend at this place you would think the staff would be better and be more accessible. I would suggest waiting a few more months for this place to get their act together. read more

Been here twice now, they are not consistent with their height requirements. As my daughter was exact and the girl before her was shorter, and they measured her by her hair bon they made my daughter take her shoes off. but not the person before. and she was clearly shorter. As well with the slides the way the handle the carpets, im surprised there is not a fight every day there. I'll give you a recommendation from here is and the carpets to the people going up the slides after people wait in line as it would be much more functional and why someone hasn't thought of that yet is beyond me. I don't think they care much about the functionality of this place. As a business owner myself, I'm always striving to make my business better why they haven't done that hereis beyond me. but it's clear as day they could fix the way these carpets on their sides are done. It's very unorganized chaos in here and I do understand kids are hard to control but it's the way you guide the kids is how you can fix the chaos here. We came in this past weekend for a small birthday party for my daughter and a couple friends. We brought our own small cake and was immediately told we can't bring it in unless we paid $100 for one of the rooms. We said fine we will pay and she told us a room number and when we went to that room the girl came back rudely and told us we couldn't use it because they were double and triple booked. FYI, the room sat empty the whole three hours that we were there. The reason we know that is because our daughter's name was still on the room when we left. I then ordered food and got 2 pitchers of soda and when I asked for cups for the soda it was like I was speaking a different language because the said they couldn't do that. I asked how can we drink the soda then? Then they finally gave me "water" cups to use. The ambiance is good, but everything needed to be run by the GM they said and they told me if they let me have the cake that the GM who was there for their own kid's birthday would come and take it away from me. We never did run into the GM, I was kind of hoping we would. We may or may not come back. The whole experience was just very unprofessional and really not cool for the staff to be drill sergeants.
