The trees smell beautiful and are really healthy and green. They help you tie it up and bring it to your car, as well as trim it to get the extra needles off. We felt we were very well taken care of. We paid 95.00 for a 5 foot tree, and 28 for a nice metal tree stand we will use year after year. The trees are expensive but for the quality of tree versus what you get at a place like Home Depot, you can't compare it. We were excited to support a local business and will be back again next year.

You'll be warmly welcomed at the entrance where you can register to be sent a discount and US mailed reminder for next year's tree. There is Christmas music playing as you go get your tree cart and saw. Yes, I said saw, you get to cut down your very own tree that you picked out. There are many trees of all sizes which have all been nicely manicured. The pine scent in the area is so wonderful especially when you cut yours down! We usually look for a 6-7 foot tree with a tapered design with a wide bottom to a narrow top and a straight trunk which is the look of most of the trees. Their trees vary in prices and I believe they run approximately $13 per foot. Before you head out to pick out your tree you can visit and take your photos with an awesome Santa, props of snowman and gingerbread men with a cutout space for your smiling face. Then you can mosey over to the vendors and dessert food trucks with yummy treats. The farm has free popcorn and coffee and you can purchase a hot chocolate with marshmallows on top! Now you are primed and ready to get your tree so you take your tree cart and saw and head out. Now if you are not able or interested in cutting your tree down there many helpers around that can do it for you. I enjoy watching my grandkids help us pick out that perfect tree and take turns sawing it down. We load the tree on our cart and head back to pay for our beautiful tree. For a small fee there is also tree shakers to get those dead pine needles out and netting to protect your tree on your trip home. If you'd like there are many helpers around to help load your tree up and secure it. I happened to visit when admission was free, so we only paid $20 for parking. The hayride was free, and the corn box was also free, which allowed us to save our tickets and spend them wisely on other activities. There were plenty of restrooms, and the kids had a great time! The person who helped us kindly explained differences between the trees so we could choose the right one for our home. Once we chose the tree type, he brought out a fresh one rather than giving us the one outside. We chose a noble fir tree. The owners and all the employees are super friendly and helpful, and we appreciate them offering to take photos of us with our daughter. It is our first Christmas with her, and they went the extra mile to make sure we captured a photo of us with her first tree!
