This summer it's Pickleball...the surprises never end here and loved the offer for a Pickleball set super cute pick paddles with the T-Mobile logo and here I am at the Salt Lake Shopping Center location and was so blown how busy it gets here though the staff are very professional and organize to be sure everyone is checked for their service and asked who's picking up the items. Seems very high turnover every time I go there / for over 10 years now, the workers don't demonstrate to be knowledgeable in the use of software or service plans. The gentleman who served me was talkative- about his own personal life. Their system crashed and more customers started to walk in, the wait time turned to one hour what should have been 30 minutes. The selection was limited due iPhones being a hot item. Value seems to be comparable to other places. Which means customer service is a key issue here. With previous visits, the salespeople were not thorough. This gentleman , when I asked home questions about my accounts, he just agreed and repeated what I said ... Not helpful.

I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

My expectation was simple troubleshooting support and guidance. During this visit, my interaction with a male associate wearing a blue medical mask came across as condescending. The tone and manner in which my questions were addressed made me feel dismissed rather than supported. The issue itself was straightforward, and I did not expect an unhelpful or dismissive attitude when asking for assistance. As a front-facing, customer-centric business, customers should be treated with patience and respect, regardless of how simple or complex the issue may be. Basic questions should always be met with professionalism and courtesy. I am providing this feedback so the experience can be reviewed and addressed. Privacy screen protectors are great for planes as the people next to you can't see what business you are doing on your phone. You never know who you are sitting next to.
