I…read morestarted out the phone call letting them know that I didn't know precisely what they did or sold, but that I was trying to find out for the purposes of my job. I explained that I was calling on behalf of creating a directory for the city of Novato, and that the more information he provided about the products he sold, the more informed individuals who browse through the directory would be. After talking with me for less than five minutes, during the entire duration of which he was rude, brusque and just this side of hostile, he barked that it was taking too much time to confirm information (important things, like the business address, phone number, and hours of operation) and hung up. All I can say is that I hope he isn't quite so curt with his actual customers.

My food arrived on time, intact, and still hot which is not always the case with other delivery services. In addition, I received a side order of TLC at no extra charge. I was home sick with the flu and the RB offered to go to the pharmacy and bring me chicken soup if I needed it. He also sent me a follow up text hoping that I get well soon. A week later when I went back they were $1.99 a roll. Doing the math makes that price gouging. Moving on from my poor financial decision, I realized the toilet paper was awful. Poor quality, thin and would tear off randomly. Since the gouging part has sunk in, I've determined I will never shop here again. Community during hard times is important and A1 showed none.
