I am so tired of this store and the way they treat their customers My first encounter, i am disabled and ask to use one of their mobility devices and they wanted to use my I d in order for me to use it.So I declined, they would not help me at all. My second encounter which is today why I'm writing this review after I shopped in the store. I've watched one of the teller's collect money, but I wanted to play the lottery and the lottery machine does not accept $50 Bills. I ask for change to pay the lottery. She told me I don't have any change very rudely. As I watched her put money into the drawer, if it was not for this store being like the only store in Fairfield with this variety that they have. This store was great to shop at , friendly staff , safe, Store always looking clean and well maintained. Recently during the week of 10/27/25 the store was closed down for a couple of days due to Rat infestation. Although they are currently open now! read more

This kind of makes sense from reading other reviews stating that the employees were rude. I had an encounter with a rude white male manager there. Attitude reflects leadership. I will never shop at this store. I demand at least some type of friendly customer service, not rudeness. read more

This store is never that busy, but has great pricing for food! I'll actually come here instead of shopping on base sometimes depending on prices. The store isn't super loud, but is actually pretty quiet. Everything is always stocked. Great variety too. read more

Inflation is kicking my butt so we have to save where we can. Price and quality are good here. The store is always clean and the associates are always attentive and willing to help. Cashiers are fast and efficient and customers are happy and friendly. I love that they have a meat department in case you don't want the packaged stuff. And a good selection of Hispanic foods and brands. read more

6/7 am grocery trips are the best! Service is even top notch, went to the meat area let them know what I was making and was given recommendation on the meat of choice. I went to the grand opening everyone was so nice produce looked amazing. I was oh yeah finally a store with great produce. I go back a couple days ago produce look like every other store in the neighborhood. That's why I go to farmers markets. Here's the kick I go to self checkout and this white lady is there she very rudely say this is under 20. I tell her I have under 20. I couldn't believe that she stood there and watched me. I felt as if I was being racially profiled. I was so uncomfortable I will never go back to shop at that store ever again. They will never get my hard earned money. I'm comparing them to Winco as my baseline. A lot of items have limited brands. I purchased 2 bags of salad and within days prior to the due date they smelled bad and were really wet inside. Lack of tortilla choices too. Weird. But this is a great place for quickies. Not the best location but it is what it is. Watch out for riff raff and homeless:( read more

There is always a great appreciation when coming into the fairfield store on north Texas, because they greet you well and have incredible smiles. This one girl in particular name justice does her job like no other. she works that cash register like she being it for years and master all the abilities in it, while keeping the customers happy. she have outstanding customer experience and she can also do a security job cause shes that good lol. she deserves a raise and should be evaluated for doing an outstanding job. I know it's a bit unusual to comment on a grocery store, but here we go. The store just opened a few months ago. Staff is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. Store is kept clean and the prices are low. But what I really want to talk about are 2 depts in particular. Imma start with the butcher shop. All the meats look incredibly fresh, I have tried several cuts of pork, beef, it was all excellent. They lean into Latin tastes which I find great. What I really want to highlight though is the Bakery dept. They seem to specialize in Mexican panaderia goodies. IDK who the head baker is, but that person deserves a big fat raise! I kid you not, I have eaten many a Mexican bread all over Fairfield and hands down, Food4less on N. Texas is the best. I could go into detail, but I couldn't do it justice. Just try them, if you find them inedible, go to the Dr. immediately, cause there's something wrong with you. read more

Do not get that cooked roasted chicken..it's dry and has zero flavor!!!! I usually get mines from smart n final and was just trying it since i shop there now.Prices are good, store is new and clean, and workers are cool. Service is absolutely awesome. I love the fresh meat and fish counter. The employees are so helpful and very willing to assist you. It's a very clean store with security guards to assist you. Even the employees who bring the carts from the cart racks are very helpful. The employees are vigilant if and when they see something suspicious. read more

My 84 year old mother loves this store; it is clean and well stocked. Floor Supervisor Will was a saint to her... he went above and beyond to make her shopping experience exceptional. He treated her so kindly, I was very impressed by his caring and helping nature. If you need a grocery store who's employees treat you like you matter...shop at Food 4 Less on North Texas Street in Fairfield and take the time to say "Hi" to Will he is amazing! First time we shopped here and I like the ambience, it is clean and huge place. The service is excellent, staff are very helpful which is very rare now, in other supermarket you go. But here in Food for less, they will assist you with a smile and recommend their product which are value for money specially their promotions.
