Dr Golian explained things very well and it turns out she needed a crown and a filling since she won't get the adult molars until about 10 or 11. Dr Golian and his team made the procedure so comfortable for our daughter and us as parents. Most adults wouldn't have handled it as well as our baby - she's tough, but the team was so caring and professional She got through it without fuss! My daughter's bracket broke, so I called first thing to request an ASAP appointment. I clearly explained that I couldn't miss work, so I was going to have someone else take my daughter. I was told they would send me a form/page to sign so there wouldn't be any issues when she arrived without me. Five hours later, I still had not received anything. I called back, and instead of simply acknowledging that they forgot to send it, I was told they had been trying to reach me by phone and text--which is not true. I received nothing. What frustrates me the most is the lack of communication and the feeling that they simply don't care about their patients. We are paying for our daughter's treatment out of pocket, and I expect better customer service, communication, and professionalism. Things happen, but when there are repeated issues and then excuses instead of taking responsibility, it becomes very frustrating. I should not have to chase the office for something they specifically told me they would send. After three bad experiences, I'm seriously questioning whether this is the right place for my daughter's dental care. Patients deserve better, especially when they are paying out of pocket.
