If I could give negative stars I would. I was diagnosed over a year ago with an adrenal adenoma and was referred to Dr. Hanson. HUGE mistake to accept the referral. It's been over a year now and she apparently thinks I'm some kind of lab experiment. We still have no resolution, but what gets me most is the incredible disregard for my time. They push the Healow app on you to "communicate", then ignore your communications - for MONTHS. I finally had a follow-up appointment today at 11:45. I arrived at 11:30, paid my co-pay, (noticed the sign that said if PATIENTS were more than 15 minutes late they would have to reschedule). Apparently irony escapes these people. After waiting for 45 minutes PAST my appointment time I went up to the counter to ask what was happening. I was told that she has 2 other patients ahead of me - 45 minutes AFTER my appointed time! I walked out, and I wouldn't recommend this place on my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible service. Never again. read more

I was a patient at this facility for several years. My last provider was Dr. Menon, although I have seen two other providers in my time as a patient. If you are considering becoming a patient at this facility, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I was told by Dr. Menon that I would need surgery due to possible cancer risk and issues with my thyroid impacting my airway. I was given a list of maybe ten possible surgeons to pursue, barring insurance coverage of course. I called every individual on that list and every office said the same thing--we need a referral from your endocrinologist to move forward with anything. I tried calling and messaging Dr. Menon's office to eventually be told they do not give out ANY referrals under any circumstances. Truly asinine. Where did this leave me in my quest to get a necessary surgery? Back at square one. I had to find a completely different endocrinologist, delaying my care by months. My new endocrinologist had no problem whatsoever writing my referral given my health issues, and were equally as confused why Dr. Menon's office would not agree to refer me to a surgeon on their own list. It's been over a month since I've had my surgery and I haven't spoken with anyone at AZ Endocrinology since April. It came as almost a shock to me today to see I had a voicemail requesting that I book a follow-up with Dr. Menon's physician's assistant regarding my recovery. I'll do that when pigs fly. It felt a little violating and weird that they somehow found out I've had surgery despite offering only resistance to help me get it. Now, of course they want to collect some more of my money and time to dick me around some more.What a joke of a doctor's office. Why they would think I'd ever spend another dollar or minute on them is beyond me, especially after having years of my time wasted by them. If you want your healthcare experience to feel like you're just a number at the DMV, this is the place for you. Run for the hills, these guys are greedy crooks. They have violated my HIPPA rights. Under federal law, patients have a right to access their medical records, including digital copies. HIPPA is the primary federal law that requires access to medical records in the United States. HIPAA gives you the legal right to see and get copies of your health records providers must provide them. Kristin Hanson inactivated my account so I cannot view my biopsy results. I had questions and when I asked them the next day my account was deactivated. I have spoken with my attorney and we will be filing a HIPPA violation against this practice unless my results are given to me asap. I have been waiting for almost 30 days and they still haven't been received. read more

They really do not value your time here. I have had several appointments and they always tend to be running very late.

They have a sign that says that if you are 15 min late to your appointment they will cancel it to be respectful to the next patient. Understandable. Funny enough appointment was at 2:40 and got brought in at 3:20. Doctor came in the room until 3:35. I have been trying to call and reschedule my appointment moment. It states there open both online and on their phone service at 7:30am. They do not actually open until 9am. It's frustrating when the hours they should have shown and what they state on their phone service are not accurate. I was able to get pushed to someone who could just relay the message to the office that I wouldn't be able to make the appointment today. Dr. Chet Monder. If I could have given this Dr no stars, I would have preferred that. I have battled my weight my entire life. I just recently had a thyroid issue so I scheduled my appt with him. I mentioned to him I was going to try trizepatide and his response was "you do not need to take that medicine. You just need to eat Mediterranean diet, eat less cakes and snacks... ". I also mentioned vitamins and he said you don't need vitamins. We don't live in a third world country and you should get enough nutrients from your food.". However I happen to be deficient in D.. So.... I felt like I was judged, and not heard and not "treated" in the way a professional should have been. I was not looking for anyone to say it was OK for me to be overweight. I was not looking for a pat on the back. I was also not looking for a condescending Dr who berates his patients but that is certainly what I got. If I am EVER treated like that by a Dr again I will get up and walk out of the appointment. As patients WE all deserve better. Keep looking for the right Dr and check reviews. I went to dr Dolinar for years. I was kicked out, after missing 3 appointments. I'm 60 with memory loss. I had a valid excuse, I had so many other dr appointments, it was unintentional. They didn't give me a chance, to explain, and when I asked for a woman dr, they said I wasn't in the database any longer. It wasn't fair. I work full time, have other dr appointments, and getting implants, dental appointments. I was really put off, and now found a younger dr, a woman endocrinologist, so nobody needs them anymore. read more

In November of 2022, I had a CT scan to figure out why I get dizzy and a thyroid nodule was spotted. So I eventually made an appointment and was assigned to Dr. Ariyan. I got lucky! Dr. Ariyan has been very friendly and is very good at getting me treated as fast as possible. Dr. Hasinski who's also been assisting with Dr. Ariyan is very friendly as well. Was sent here by my PCP to evaluate for insulin resistance that was diagnosed in the past. Dr seemed to know what she was talking about until I googled my other disorder and it is linked to insulin resistance. Provider just emailed to do a low fat diet and all was fine. Told high cortisol is common with birth control which I was never told prior as well. My daily has always been normal it is typically my am fasting thats high. Come to get my EOB and there are pathology charges and surgical charges that there was never any pathology or surgical services provided! Completely insane to charge after the lab charged as well and for nothing! I received 2 bills the office visit and the pathology charges from the Dr. I will be fighting this. read more

11 years ago, Dr. Dolinar correctly diagnosed me as a Type 1 diabetic after I had become progressively more ill while being treated for Type 2 diabetes by my PCP. I have done great since then, especially after following Dr. Dolinar's advice to go on an insulin pump. I have never had any problems with the front desk or the lab, and Dr. Dolinar's assistant is always helpful when I am dealing with problems obtaining supplies. read more

Do not go here!! It takes weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment and staff is very rude. Once I finally got an appointment, the doctor didn't listen to my questions. The conversation was one sided. I asked if I can get testing done that I needed for my condition. I was told to schedule another appointment to have necessary testing. I simply don't have the time to schedule so many appointments because I work full time. On top of that, the doctor made me wear a mask when she came in the room. Just checked a bill & realized they've been charging me $200 for an office visit & another $210 for glucose monitoring. The office visit is for glucose monitoring & making changes to inskine levels etc. the fact they're charging an extra $210 to download the numbers is sneaky & insane. I will never go to this place again. For one they apparently falsified my documents for my DOT Verification last year because this year they are saying they need 3 months blood sugar readings which I did not provide my first time to Dr. Chung. Now this new doctor did not ask for my blood sugar readings when I went in for my appointment and now will not fill out my packet needed for my Physical due today. She was rude on the phone and blamed it on me saying "it's your fault for waiting until the last minute when EVERY single doctor there is booked for 3/4 months out. I have been going her for over 4 years and after bloodwork is taken I have to call leave a message for the doctor to call me back with results. They never call back so I have to call again leave a message and wait. This last time took a month of calls. I'm 9months pregnant and need to monitor thyroid levels closely, this office is terrible with a sense of urgency. Secondly every time levels come back NORMAL my doctor has increased my dosage. There is good and bad Good: Dr Dwivedi encouraged treatment with a nutritionist before trying medicine, the office was able to do all testing in house fast and efficiently. The staff seems friendly. Bad: Do not ask Dr Dwivedi any questions. And DEFIANTLY do not ask him about Free T3s testing. He is an expert in his field and doesn't need to explain why other medical doctors think this is an important topic because they are not as qualified as him. (good to know- he's so smart he doesn't need to learn more about anything even in his own field because in his mind he's Dr Dwividi was rude - unbelievably rude- when I asked him to clarify some answers because we didn't understand what he was saying. I understand that it must be frustrating to speak to non-doctors every once in a while but that is sadly part of the job sir. He is narrow minded and like most of the reviews suggest this entire office is narrow minded and using out dating information. read more

If I could I would give this place a ZERO!! I'm here at the Arizona Endocrinology Center because I had a follow up appointment. George and I got there at 11:30a because my appt. was scheduled for 11:45a. To make a long story short I was never seen. And we waited for 2 1/2 hours and the woman that was suppose to check me in and had me sign a form and took my copay of forty dollars never checked me in. I spoke to another clerk about it and she said that I will be getting a refund on my card. I will be checking my credit card for a refund and will find another endo. Dr. elsewhere.
