He showed up days late, skimped heavily on the prep and used the wrong paint in several areas, including using (flat paint on all the trim and doors) and getting paint all over the newly done floors. I spent 2 weeks cleaning up his mess and finishing the job he was hired for after he walked off the job overwhelmed. he is a good guy, but over promised, and under performed massively on this project, made our life a living hell for a couple weeks not to mention, delaying the sale of the home for a month.
