Took them three times being here till they were finished. We are not pleased with the liner installation and asked them to fix it. They said they were coming last Wednesday and never showed up and never a call. We called today, Monday June 16, 2013. We were told they will come this Wednesday, June 18, 2013. We shall see. We've been lied to many, many times so far. Our pool was ordered last year, August 24, 2013. My complaint with them is that they left the insulation all over the ground, and they didn't replace the filter. Needless to say, our renters called us because the water was so dirty and I had to have our cleaning service go over - it cost me $75 for them to clean up the insulation, replace the filter and refill the hot tub. After receiving (and paying) a $454 bill, I emailed them and they never responded.

They didn't show up for either my opening nor closing date which I requested the season prior and I finally cancelled service completely after the third week of September when I still haven't had any indication they were coming. It is a SERVICE you pay more than the going rate for in The Valley and don't get adequate service. The winter chemicals they sell are 3x's what you can buy the same package for on Amazon. Terrible!

As they began to do my startup, they flooded the electric receptacle doing a backwash and the circuit breaker kept trippin. they could not finish my service, spoke left a message for Tracey the service manager to find out if they could be back the following morning and never got a call back. Spoke to Pat the store manager the next day to find out when they would be back to complete the pool opening and was told in a nasty way that they would get back to complete the opening later in the day because they had other pools to open on their schedule for that day. So I was pushed back and inconvenienced by their lack of ability in opening pools.
