They said they were coming last Wednesday and never showed up and never a call. We called today, Monday June 16, 2013. We were told they will come this Wednesday, June 18, 2013. We shall see. We've been lied to many, many times so far. Our pool was ordered last year, August 24, 2013. My complaint with them is that they left the insulation all over the ground, and they didn't replace the filter. Needless to say, our renters called us because the water was so dirty and I had to have our cleaning service go over - it cost me $75 for them to clean up the insulation, replace the filter and refill the hot tub. After receiving (and paying) a $454 bill, I emailed them and they never responded.

It is a SERVICE you pay more than the going rate for in The Valley and don't get adequate service. The winter chemicals they sell are 3x's what you can buy the same package for on Amazon. Terrible!
