Took them three times being here till they were finished. We are not pleased with the liner installation and asked them to fix it. They said they were coming last Wednesday and never showed up and never a call. We called today, Monday June 16, 2013. We were told they will come this Wednesday, June 18, 2013. We shall see. My complaint with them is that they left the insulation all over the ground, and they didn't replace the filter. Needless to say, our renters called us because the water was so dirty and I had to have our cleaning service go over - it cost me $75 for them to clean up the insulation, replace the filter and refill the hot tub.
