He came first thing the next day to give a free quote, and his quote was lower than all other quotes I received. He took the window back to his shop to install a new piece of glass, putting in the special gas between the panes that helps with insulation & energy efficiency. He put a piece of plywood in the frame back in the window so it was secure. Just took a couple of days and my window is back. Very happy with the repair.
