Not only did they replace, they showed me how to clean and what to clean with to not damage. In addition, they adjusted the door so it would swing closed. Cost $60.00. I thought that was a fair cost. As they were leaving, I inquired if they replaced glass in mirrors. I handed over a full length antique morror encased in wood that belonged to my Great Grandmother. I requested a beveled mirror. After 6 years, my shower door (installed by a different company who didn't return my calls), suddenly wouldn't close properly. I found ATG on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Tino, the owner, was very responsive, including working with my schedule (I travel a lot only had a limited window). He even shared his location with me to let me know when they would arrive and the approximate cost! Tino and Ryan were total professionals in my home - taking off shoes, laying drop cloths to protect my floor and taking the scraps out with them. The issue was minor to them, but to me it was huge. They explained everything to me, replaced the bottom seal piece and even tightened the hinges. They both are knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Tino and I spoke over the phone and I gave him the details of the work. I told him that I have large vanity on the wall mirrors that I need removed. He asked me about the size and I told him they were 9'x6' and 10'x6' (actually turned out to be 9x5 & 10x5). I asked him of few details about removing, insurance and how they will take mirrors down the floor. He said he will cover the vanity and is insured. Then he quoted me a "non-negotiable" amount that I accepted. He showed up, looked at the mirrors and said - the mirrors are too big for him to remove and not at the price! He made excuses that the mirrors are behind drywall in one corner (not true as it was just paint as I got bathroom painted) and said "I" will be the one covering vanities and not him and that he cant do the job! Basically, dont trust this company with your work. They are just not trustworthy. I did my job of giving all possible details including pics and accepting his price. After visiting his office (Please note: his office hours are by appointment only, so call ahead) and looking at different options, he cut some custom glass for our cabinets this week. We were also going to get some glass shelves for those cabinets, but after discussing our project with Tino and showing him pictures, he suggested that we stick with the wood shelves that came with the cabinets. There were a lot of shelves that would have cost an additional $200, but he talked me out of them, and he was right! These particular cabinets work so much better in this space with the wood shelves.
