Ryan, helped my out of a very tough spot. My tire and rim came off my truck and went under my truck as I was driving. My truck was full of everything I owned as it was moving day and I was driving to my new place in St. Paul. I drove a lifted 2013 Dodge Ram, and other towers wouldn't want to tow it due to Progressive insurance being some jerks and my truck being big. My insurance company tried to have my vehicle towed by 3 different companies but they all canceled. I was told my truck could very well be towed because cops near Albert Lea don't take it easy on vehicles that break down on the shoulder of I-35. After a tough day Ryan called and helped us dispite my insurance company holding him up and the possibilityit could be gone. The service was absolutely amazing. An hour before I got my car towed by Abel towing I needed a jump start and that was performed by a different company. Naturally I was not too excited about now having to be towed, but Abel was there fast, gave me a courtesy call that they were on their way, dropped my car off where I wanted and the gentleman was very courteous and helpful. I can only imagine the headaches these drivers get from people getting mad about them being "late" or charging too much while all they do is doing their job to the best of their ability.
