I went in for banding to treat a hemorrhoid, and the initial plan was to have three procedures done. But by the second procedure, Dr. Wazazz seemed completely unaware of my identity and had to ask which procedure we were on. He didn't even glance at my chart and kept asking which procedure this was. It was our fourth session, not the third, and I'm not sure what he did during that extra procedure. If there was any progress, it's been undone, as I've been bleeding for weeks. I found it odd that he wanted me to continue with more procedures, and it feels like a money grab, especially since the treatment isn't working.
