This place was extremely clean and we had great service. I wish that it had less lighting though. It wasn't that busy for a Friday night. I couldn't understand why because the drinks were delicious and we had onion rings that were huge and lightly battered and delicious. I watched the server bring amazing looking food to patrons here. I definitely would recommend it. Keep in mind, it's bright.

Amazing chowder. onion rings really good. tasty Caeser salad. all we ate was very good. only the coleslaw wasn't too good but otherwise things were delicious.

Shrimp cocktail was generous sized shrimp and delicious. the potato skins were also to die for. For entrees me and my mom split the chicken parm and the greek salad. Might be one of the best chicken parm's i've ever had. Same with the salad. Service was good and efficient. overall so good

My partner and I stopped in at this restaurant because it was conveniently within walking distance of our hotel. We seated ourselves and were greeted promptly. We ordered the boneless wings and a taco salad--both were reasonably priced and delicious. Our server, Dani, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Sightseeing definitely works up an appetite. We were hungry for lunch and were able to get a seat quickly. The restaurant is cute and spread out, so you aren't on top of your neighbor. The menu has something for everyone. I went with the pulled pork sandwich, which came with a house made slaw and delicious house made chips as well. My wife got chicken tenders which came with the best looking onion rings that I had ever seen. So I definitely had to steal one of those! Everything was delicious and we will definitely have to come back here again soon!

Hand made onion rings omg the best I've ever had. They where as big as my husbands hands.

The service was absolutely amazing and our waiter was the best we have ever had. The onion ring basket we got as an appetizer was hudge the batter was the best I've ever had. The burgers where absolutely to die fire and so juicy and didn't need any ketchup or mustard. The handmade French fries and tenders where put of this world. Would totally go back for a date night or even another family trip. One of the stops you need for good all American pub food.

Great Lobster Rolls. Bartender was fantastic. They have Coke products which is really rare in North Conway.

The brisket, pulled pork, and Cajun burger were perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing. The Moat has the best brisket we've ever had, extremely lean and flavorful. The pulled pork was smoky and tender, so delicious. The Cajun burger was delectable and incredibly tasty. Highly recommend the Moat, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu and they have one of the best breweries anywhere.

I've bought beer to go after delicious meals, merchandise, growlers... but last night was the first time I've been disappointed in them and think we will be taking a break. The menu has changed completely- more Asian fusion vibes than Smokehouse. Hardly any of their staples seem to be left, and the quality and service were less than :( we heard the table next to us talking about their disappointment to the changes as well. I had the Polka Sausage Party, which was only ok. The slaw wasn't fresh and left a weird after taste. Best thing on the plate were the fries. My partner had the Peaches and Scream Sliders- only came out with 2 sliders that weren't anything special. He was glad he'd ordered the wings in addition (an old favorite), but the Carolina bbq sauce tasted more like French's than anything else. Why change what was succeeding? The meal was too expensive for what we got. Bring back the empanadas, the Thai Peanut Chili, the Black Bean wrap! The old menu had the restaurant full everytime... we arrived at 530pm on a busy Thursday night in N.Conway, and were shocked about how empty the restaurant was... now we think we understand.

I want to start off by saying if someone comes into your establishment 1. Don't assume they are door dashing 2. Treat them like the client before or after them. Once seated it took over 5 mins and two walks past from the server before she even acknowledged me. She comes over ask for my drink order and at no point asks me did I want an appetizer. Also I tried being polite and make conversation by asking which of the bourbons cocktail would she recommend. She immediately gets an attitude and goes well they're all good. I'm like ok. The drink comes and I have to go can I order a couple appetizers. I order them and she never comes and ask me did I want to order an entree. The poutine fries were so soggy and fries weren't even fully cooked. The duck was highly chewy. After 22 mins with my appetizer she finally comes back. I ask why time do you close she goes kitchen closes at 8. It's currently 746, I then ok can I order my entree. I order the grilled Caesar and brink chicken. Not sure why they didn't bring out both at the same time because they immediately brought the salad out and took another 15 for the burnt chicken. The chicken was the most disrespectful thing ever. In what world would you think it's ok to serve that. Then go oh they like to get a crust. Ma'am that was burnt. Then not to even get offered anything instead. I just asked for my bill and left. I honestly felt because I was the only person of color they treated me like I wasn't important at all. I felt disrespected, and like they didn't want me there at all.
