While we were paying, she kept staring at us with a nasty attitude. Then security randomly showed up for no reason, which made everything even more uncomfortable. This is a store that sells products for small children -- accidents happen. The way they handled it was ridiculous and pathetic. Terrible service and zero empathy. I'm definitely not coming back.

The staff in the changing room and the register were nice and helpful. But the floor staff kept on following me around. I got a dirty look from one staff member and everywhere I turned, it seems there was staff eyeing the clothes in my hands while gauging my proximity to the door. Finally I check out and exited Uniqlo to find a security guard stationed outside the store. He eyed my bag before walking away. I think the staff could do better. I did not appreciate the treatment I received. This is the closest store to me and I will be going again, however begrudgingly. Should it happen again, I won't hesitate to call them out on it. I will be notifying corporate and the Los Cerritos Mall management.

I decided to take the jacket and was still walking around shopping and I felt like I was being followed all around the store. When I went to go pay, the guy at the register was super nice only positive thing about the experience was him.He wanted to make sure my app was working because I was struggling on getting logged back in to get a discount and I didn't mind if it was working or not but he insisted on making sure I got the discount. The line started piling up and the rude manager came and assumed as if it was my fault and I couldn't pay for it which was not the case. I would never come back to this location again. I wasn't local but I was in the area and wow. Honestly just wow. From reading the other reviews something definitely needs to change because it is multiple complaints about this store.

The day i went there, there was two big black full trash bags, i believe those can be removed. 2. Why the road was so filthy in the complex, surroundings can be improved. --Store. 1. Sales representative could be move interactive. Some people might be traveling from far, a greeting and a short conversation will help. 2. Fix the peeled wall paper. Remove the cosmetics session if nothing is there. 3. Open sign could be better. Some glass window in the door will help help to see if any activity inside. -- Clothes 1.
