I received a great price for replacing my sun roof. I was informed they found a used sunroof and,…read moreI was ok with that. The dissatisfaction came while checking out My roof the workers damaged My retractable shade. The damage was done the day of inspection. They pulled my car in.. allowed me to have a seat in their waiting area while they checked out the sunroof. I received a price .. paid the deposit and, was told I would receive an appointment time. When I arrived home I put plastic on the roof tI cover the hole to prevent water from getting inside my car. I noticed the shade was damaged and, I took picture. The day of my appointment I took the car in. I asked the technician to repair the shade. He told me that he wouldn't be able to because, that's not something he does and, I would have to talk to the company. I called the office because, it took more than a couple hours I was told. I spoke to Skip the owner and, I informed him of the damage and, it brought it to the technicians attention. Skip told me he would make some phone calls and, I told him I would be on my way. when I got to the office. I asked him about repairing the sunroof. He stated that Brandon doesn't work on the weekends and, He would talk to him on Monday. Monday I text and sent the pictures. I received a text from Skip saying He would call me later that day or , in the morning. When Skip called He stated that he had some information I wasn't going to hear. He told me his employers did not damage the retractable shade but, he was going to try to come up with a solution to where we both would be happy. He called me a second time and, we're going back and, forth him arguing that his company didn't damage my shade when indeed they did. They day I took my car in for the estimate.. His guy sat in my drivers seat while I sat in the passenger seat. He retracted the shade a couple times before He pulled my car into the repair garage. There was no damage to the shade before the inspection. The price was great but, now I have to find another company to repair or replace The retractable shade. The review would have been great until the damage and, unprofessionalism from Skip arguing with me as he stated "He doesn't want to have to come out of pocket" and his company did not do it when He was only there to receive payment. Glad the sunroof was replaced. Unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the Owner and, the extra cost I will incur.

John is a fast, friendly and honest mechanic. He changed my '05 Ram 1500's brake rotors (and, obviously, pads), and a leaking power steering fluid cooler. Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). He mentioned these issues, but didn't try to pressure me to have them addressed at this time. I recently was here because the battery in my car remote needed to be replaced. It was busy in the store, so I had a reasonable wait. I observed that the two gentlemen at the registers were friendly and respectful to the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, I simply handed over my remote and the associate picked out the battery I needed and installed it for me. He then tested it on my car, and I was good to go. I was encouraged to purchase a two-pack, so I have one battery for next time. You can bet that I will still take that battery in to Auto Zone for installation to save myself the headache!
