I used their online chat to set up an appointment. The free oil changes with certified vehicles are great. Be careful with the chat though. I thought I had my appointment all set but when I got here, they had no record of it. I would call to confirm from now on. They were nice enough to squeeze me in rather than have me come back. Great service.

Do not take your car here for service. Customer service here is very rude and disrespectful. Very horrible experience!

I brought it to them that day and they fixed it free of charge. The following week on January 27th, a "Service Battery Charging System" screen came on. I brought it back to them again. I assumed the dealership would take care of it considering the vehicle by this point had been driven less than 100 miles and just over a week of being bought. They messaged me stating the alternator needed replaced, costing $900. After arguing why this would not be considered a major component of the vehicle, making it covered under the 50/50 warranty, they agreed to pay for half. I asked them to provide the multi point inspection I was assured was done prior to buying the vehicle. They kept telling me to talk to one person after the next and still never gave me the inspection I wanted. I then told them to at least do a new one, which seemed to go unheard because they never did it besides a basic face value inspection, checking tires and the area that was being worked on. After that experience, I brought the vehicle to a mechanic that worked at Brondes Ford. They started their own mechanic shop and service all our commercial vehicles at work. They did a multi-point inspection on my vehicle and the results were not surprising to me. The truck failed a hose pressure check, resulting in 2 heater hoses failing. The next issue was a leak from the upper and lower oil pan. This resulted in both seals needing replaced. This required me to pay over $1700 for labor and parts to repair. They also mentioned a little rust on the exhaust and the tires needing to be replaced in the next year but that is minor compared to the rest. I contacted the manager via email and have not gotten a response. I emailed them February 2nd and still have not gotten a response in any form. I wanted them to reimburse me for this repair because I told them I was traveling out of state and did not want to be left stranded on the side of the road, yet they still did not do their due diligence in providing a mechanically sound vehicle. When purchased, I was told the truck was in great condition and anything that was wrong before was fixed before being sold. There was no "sold as-is" on any paperwork, sticker, or verbally. If you are planning on buying a used vehicle for yourself, or even your kids' first vehicle, bring it to your own mechanic to have it inspected before purchasing. You are just another customer to them and once the deal is signed, you are no longer a priority to them.

How much were you really paying somebody to sit at a reception desk and answer the phone and send people to the proper department? Even when she transfers you to somebody they don't answer the phone, or you can hear them answer and voices and it hangs up on you. You can no longer leave a message for the service department or sales team. It took me 30 minutes to reach a human to change my appointment in the service department. This is my second car from them, but it will be my last I will look for a new dealership that actually can afford a receptionist to answer the phone. I really didn't think it could go downhill from my first review. The bar was already pretty low, but it managed to be too high for the owners at Charlies Dodge.

He wanted $1,700 so ads could be removed but b/c I said I didn't care about the ads, he took it down to $1,300. He did put a new battery in it the day I bought it. I drive it to take my daughters to school and to take myself to and from work. Nothing extra. On 2/21, I was on my way to work and broke down. Once at work, I looked at it. I'm farily certain it's the clutch. I have not driven this car enough for the clutch to be out in FIVE DAYS. Yes, I know it's a used car, yes, I know I signed a statement that he didn't know the full condition. However, it's been FIVE DAYS. Maybe 8 hours of driving time in that car, and it's already broken down. FIVE DAYS, EIGHT HOURS TOTAL DRIVE TIME and I have no clutch. I'm a semi truck driver and have previously owned manual shift cars. I am well aware of how to drive them. I stopped in to see if he could help me with the repairs. He told me, no, I signed the paper and he would see if he could find a cheaper repair quote than what I had already found. He couldn't. And that was it. That is dishonest and underhanded. If you took pride in your business, you could have offered to pay some of the repairs, or bring it in and do it your self. For me to have the car for less than a week and it be a MAJOR repair. That is an unethical and cutthroat way to run your business.

I have been…read morewithout a reliable vehicle for eight months because of the way The Wreck Center and Allstate handled an engine replacement on my 2018 VW Atlas after Valvoline in Maumee improperly threaded the oil drain plug on 11/14/2025 causing catastrophic engine damage. Because The Wreck Center was an Allstate "Preferred Repair Shop," I believed my vehicle would be repaired correctly and that I was "in good hands". Unfortunately, that has not been the case. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. We were repeatedly transferred back and forth between Allstate and The Wreck Center just to determine whether the repair had even been approved. Our primary contact for much of this process was Drew G. He was handling communications regarding the claim, the salvage engine ordering, the initial engine problems and misfires, and when the vehicle was supposedly ready for pickup. Drew did not seem to know the status of the repair, and we were often given inconsistent information from him. I later learned that Drew had been reassigned to the paint department. Knowing that the person who had been handling communications regarding a complex engine replacement (and test driving my vehicle while it had active misfires) was subsequently demoted to the paint department only added to my concerns about whether my vehicle was ever being properly overseen. I repeatedly requested the VIN number for the salvage engine because I wanted to independently research its history. Despite numerous requests, neither Allstate nor The Wreck Center would provide it. I was even told by Leandro at Allstate not to worry about the VIN information. I ultimately did not receive the engine VIN until several days after I had already paid my deductible and picked up my vehicle. When I finally researched the VIN, I discovered that the donor vehicle had sustained moderate front-end collision damage. More concerning, the vehicle carried a certificate indicating that the engine could not be started after the accident, meaning its mileage could not be verified. The engine that was installed in my vehicle therefore could not be of "like kind and quality" since it's unverifiable. I also repeatedly asked what warranty came with this salvage engine. I was given conflicting answers--first 6 months/6,000 miles, then 12 months/12,000 miles, and later back to 6 months/6,000 miles after problems developed. Even when I finally recieved the paperwork (months later), it contained conflicting warranty information. Things became much worse after the engine was installed. During The Wreck Center's own initial test drive, my vehicle was experiencing active engine misfires and the check-engine light was flashing. I was told that it "just needed new spark plugs." I trusted that explanation and took the vehicle home. The vehicle continued to have serious problems, including moving misfires. This raises serious concerns about the condition of the replacement engine and whether the salvage engine was ever properly diagnosed prior to being installed in my vehicle. There were also additional issues with the repairs, including non-TTY subframe bolts and a melted grille shutter that had been sitting on my exhaust pipe (????). These are not the level of repairs or quality I expect after being without my vehicle for such an extended period. There were also concerns involving exhaust fumes/carbon monoxide. Because of the issues with the vehicle and the exhaust system, I became concerned enough about potential carbon monoxide exposure that I purchased a carbon monoxide detector for the vehicle. A vehicle that has undergone an engine replacement should not leave a customer questioning whether it is safe to drive or whether exhaust gases could be entering the vehicle. The entire experience has involved repeated delays, inconsistent information, unresolved mechanical problems, and a lack of accountability between Allstate and The Wreck Center. I have spent an enormous amount of time making phone calls, asking for basic information, trying to determine who was responsible for what, and attempting to get answers about a vehicle that should have been properly repaired the first time. What makes this especially frustrating is that I did everything I was supposed to do. I had full insurance coverage, trusted Allstate's preferred repair facility, paid my deductible, and trusted that the replacement engine being installed in my vehicle was appropriate and reliable. Instead, I ended up with a salvage engine whose mileage could not be verified, a history that I was not allowed to investigate before installation, conflicting warranty information, continuing misfires, catalytic-converter problems, concerns about exhaust and carbon monoxide, and numerous other repair issues.
