I tried everything I could to recharge it, but nothing worked. A kind soul suggested I stop by Advance Auto to have a diagnostic test run--and I'm so glad I did. The representative who helped me not only ran the test, but took the time to explain the issue and helped me find the least expensive option that was still reliable and got me back on the road. He then installed the battery for me at no extra cost. I wish I could remember his name. Despite the store being short-staffed and dealing with impatient customers, he showed exceptional customer service--calm, patient, and genuinely caring, almost grandfatherly in nature. For an auto parts store, the location was also well kept and organized. This experience truly made a stressful situation manageable, and I'm very grateful.
