And even though I don't do yoga, the people working here are super awesome and were even willing to let Barbie check out a class even after we informed them we don't live around here and were only in town for the day. I've visited the studio for yoga classes a few different times and my experiences have improved…read moreover time from a class perspective. In the physical studio, I find a hard time relaxing. There isn't a defined waiting area separate from the class space (it flows together). Because of this, during meditation or savasana people will be entering for the next class. With doors opening/closing, people talking and general noise that personally takes me out of the zone. They also catch noise from somewhere adjacent that sounds like a piano music class. However, I can sympathize that that's out of their control. I also had a class where the instructor had everyone go around the room stating any injuries/physical limitations. Many people find yoga due to physical limitations and it was very awkward. I believe those conversations should stay between instructor and student since everyone is on a different journey and doesn't always want everyone to know. They have a wonderful location and it's never terribly hard to find free parking in Tremont. I've also met some nice people and appreciate the non-competitive atmosphere. I have heard great things about their massage and other services and I would look forward to visiting one of those!

I like the windows but also that no one can really see in. There could be more of a waiting room--I tend to wait outside of the building until I'm more comfortable that the class before me is over instead of hovering. Plenty of street parking. The studio has this warm, peaceful vibe right when you walk in, and the instructor made everyone feel comfortable, even if you're not super advanced. The class definitely made me sweat, but in that satisfying way where you feel your whole body wake up. At one point I was questioning my life choices in a pose, and five minutes later I felt completely relaxed. People there were really friendly too, which made it less intimidating than some yoga places. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and already thinking about booking the next class. ‍

(It's hot in the studio so you will need it). No problem, they have mats for rent, and towels. The cold essential oil cloths to the forehead & eyes in savasana are amazing. They have a dry sauna and cold plunge as well as massage services available. I've done the sauna followed by the cold plunge and I really felt better afterward, slept wonderfully that evening after a pain free night. Celina and Scott's classes are fantastic. Challenging and rewarding once you become a regular and realize how much your strength & cardio endurance improved.

I was looking for a new hot yoga studio on the west side of Cleveland since it is closer to where I live, and came across Inner Bliss on the Mindbody app. The drop in classes are $20 but the 5 class pass is $68, and the price discrepancy convinced me to buy a 5 class pass even though I had never been to the studio before. Luckily, I made the right decision! I'm a fan of the Hot Power Flow Yoga classes here (my favorite instructor is Sally!) They are challenging enough where it feels like a good workout, but the environment is still a safe space so I don't feel judged if I need to take a break. Some hot yoga classes I have been to focus too much on hitting specific poses/binds/balances that aren't conducive to all experience levels, but I haven't run into that problem at Inner Bliss. I will definitely be repurchasing more classes after my 5 class pass is used up.

Cat offers modifications for those who need them either because of a lack of mobility/flexibility or if a student needs a greater challenge. It's amazing to see a class full of people all at different levels, sizes and ages practicing together and all benefiting from the class.
