This place has amazing physical therapists but the management and staff are the worst I've ever had…read moreto deal with. On 3 occasions the receptionist misscheduled my appointments. It's bad enough that the therapists themselves admitted that they always have scheduling problems because of the receptionists. 1- The first time I had an appointment for 8am and only after I got there did they tell me they had misscheduled and the therapist would arrive at 10am. I had to wait in the office with a baby for 2 hours. 2- the second time, despite me calling earlier in the day to confirm, they cancelled the appointment half an hour before the appointment time 3- the third time I scheduled the appointment in person and a week in advance and asked multiple times to confirm. Despite that I got a call the day before that I was double booked with another patient. I asked the manager Terry to move the other person since they had mixed up my appointments multiple times already. Terry was rude and had the audacity to blame me for her therapist "now having to work double hard" on another shift from moving the other patient when in fact it was her staffs incompetence that caused the entire problem. When I complained to the owner about all this, instead of addressing the issues, she took offense to me stating that I was going to leave a scathing online review. Hopeless!

Because we've been having such a positive experience, the fact that she is based in Laurel does not even bother us at all - my spouse and I know that we will actually will be doing some "work "whenever we have a couple counseling session with her. I would highly recommend her to anybody. The experience with her is the true definition of couples counseling with the goal of reinforcing, your relationship, resolving the issue you have, and continue to grow the love between two people committed to each other.

First, Dr. Delaney works with Children's Pediatricians & Associates, a plus that they're connected with Children's Hospital. When we arrived, the front desk staff was very friendly & checking in was very easy, you can actually check in online before arriving. Once we got back in the room (very little wait time) we met the doctor. She is very kind, gentle & compassionate, she definitely cares about her patients! She did a thorough exam & asked if we had any questions. It was a very pleasant experience for baby, mom & grandma. If you're looking for a great pediatrician who is local to Laurel/Beltsville & is genuinely a good doctor, I highly recommend her!

My 1984 U.S. Army Airborne School Jump Week injuries just got worse over four decades. I suffered a crash-and-burn landing during the required Night Jump. I have military neck, which means I've lost the natural curve of my cervical spine. This causes all kinds of issues. Through adjustments and x-rays, I was well on my way to address my nine neck and back conditions. Try to stay positive. This is indeed a deliberate and proven process that takes time and your committment. The atmosphere here is uplifting! The doctors take whatever time is necessary to address your question and concerns. I feel as though I'm speaking with my friends when there. I'm sticking with this office, go to StretchLab, and see an acupuncturist every week. This combination works for my body. I highly recommend this practice for all your chiropractic needs. Like a couple other reviews have said, they're like car salesman…read more I went in for the first time cause of some back pain, so I was hoping to get an x-ray to make sure it wasn't anything drastic. I was told that the x-ray would be a $47 "patient special." I went in, talked with one of the chiropractors about what I was dealing with and took some x-rays. Went back a couple days later to take a look at them. It wasn't anything too serious but they proposed a "treatment plan" that was just for me. They gave me 3 different prices that ranged from 900-1200. The prices were dependent on the payment method. If I payed it all upfront it would have been the cheapest price, monthly was in between and then per session was the highest price ($25 per session). It was a lot of money to consider so I wanted to take a day or so to think about it. I said this but they continued as if I had agreed to go through with the whole plan and that I could decide how to pay next time. I then got what I thought was a trial run of the treatment that consisted of a 5 mins massage and then another 5 mins laying on a massage table machine. Afterwards I tried relaying that I wasn't sure about the treatment and that I wanted time to think about it, but the respond I kept getting was "you can decide that next time you're in on how to pay." I was running late for work so I kind of gave up and left. I called back a couple days later and told them I wasn't going to go through with it and the receptionist put the owner on to try and talk me out. He tried to guilt/pressure me but it didn't matter, it was out of my budget. The next week I get a call from the office saying I owe them $25 for the first session that I wasn't even aware of that they charged for. At no point did anybody mention that my 10 min session after going in to look at my x-rays would be charged. They said it was explained to me, I said it wasn't...he said she said. I have no clue if the treatment works, maybe it does but just be aware of the hidden charges and pushy sales tactics of this place.

Shout out to Dr. Hetvi and Dr. Emmanuel for taking such good care of my various injuries and educating me on how to continue the care at home. The doctors recommended that I get additional therapies - dry needling and cupping. Excellent suggestions, and these therapies did WONDERS for my pain. I appreciate that they really considered how to help me and made the recommendations, and were able to perform them in-office. The PT assistant I worked most with was Kobe and he did a great job at instructing and guiding me on the various exercises while managing the other patients on the floor. The team of doctors and assistants work collaboratively to ensure that the patients stay on track. The space is large, there are benches with curtains for those who want some privacy and the studio vibe is relaxing and friendly. There are a couple of mounted tvs as well. There is parking right in front of the of the door. Scheduling is easy. I love that they have early morning, late evening and even a Saturday option. I will definitely be going back for future PT. They check all the boxes.
