The facility is very clean, organized, and they take pride in there work. Appointments and office hours are very convenient. Covid testing is conveniently done outside in the back of the facility where they have a tent set up and staff available to assist right away. This way it keeps everyone safer. I sat in a hallway from 10am to 10pm after being brought in by ambulance. I finally got a room in the ER and within 2 hours was admitted to the hospital. Once in a room, the care was excellent and the rooms were private - this is critical because there are people who snore or are disruptive. The food was very good for a hospital, yet the call in order system needs to be updated to an app. The hospital took care of my issue once it was identified and I was released 5 days later. It is the best hospital stay I have had. The staff were excellent and available when called. There are lots of people leaving negative reviews for things beyond the control of the hospital or for following protocols. Doctors and nurses have to follow standardized procedures, so complaining they did not make an exception is not indicative of the care you will receive. I would not hesitate to go back if I need medical care. I had an excellent experience overall. The only room for improvement is more space for patients in the ER out of the hallway.

I've been a patient for less than 1 year. I needed my antidepressant (non-controlled) refilled. Ran out of meds, pharmacy said Roseu refused to refill. Called Roseu to get more information, was told I needed to come back in to see the doctor despite my last visit having been less than 6 months ago. Going through Effexor withdrawal, was promised they would send RX immediately. Office closed, no RX sent to my pharmacy, now sitting on my couch shaking, dizzy, and having the Effexor brain shock syndrome. Instead of telling me in advance I would need to see the doctor again (apparently once per month?), they just let me suffer. Will be filing a report with the medical board.

He makes you feel as if you're his only patient taking whatever time is needed to answer any questions and keep you informed of the treatment plans. My husband came to the center unable to walk because of spine surgery and with a diagnosis of a blood disorder.  As a result of Dr. Thorpe's thoroughness, it turned out that there was no blood disorder.  The usual blood tests provided inaccurate results. The physical and occupational therapists were equally caring and skilled. The therapies had him walking and slowly becoming self sufficient. The nursing care cannot be praised enough.They were always responsive to his needs and often checked in just to see how he was doing. Our care navigator, Ms. Enitan Macarthy worked to maintain quality care and made the transition home seamless. We owe a debt of gratitude to the entire staff for getting my husband functioning well enough to come home.

There were no openings at any of the MinuteClinics and walk-in waits were upwards of 1 hour. I looked around and Yelp helped me find this clinic. I've been to this shopping center hundreds of times and obliviously missed that this exists, maybe because nowhere in the signage does it say "Urgent Care". There were only a few patients on a Sunday afternoon, and I was checked in right away by a friendly young male staff who had the normal requests for information, ID, insurance, and signatures on disclaimers too long to read. A cordial and helpful doctor's assistant took my vitals, led me to a patient room, and a PA-C came in within minutes to do an assessment. The entire visit was under 30 minutes and I was pleasantly surprised how fast, courteous, and professional everyone was and how convenient this facility is. The cost of the visit and tests will of course vary based on your insurance plan, but luckily it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I hope to not have a need to visit again for illness but if I had to pick a place for such a need I would choose this one.

When I requested for certain tests, the tech (not the doctor) gave push back stating I didn't need them when last I checked that wasn't her decision to make. She was also not pleasant and I could tell by the way she was training the other tech that was with her. The patient experience was awful and the rooms did not seem clean either. The only person who knew what they were doing seemed to be the PA who saw me and even then I had my cousin on the phone who's an MD just to make sure.
