The office manager is rude and I had to beg to talk to a Vet when I picked up my dog from surgery. As you can see from the photos below... they were letting her destroy the wound site. It was red hot and infected! As she sat there and I watched her lick it, I asked the tech for a cone...all the animals I have ever had in surgeries were given one ...they said they had them but could not provide one! They said go to Pet Smart. Seriously? They never told me before and could have let me borrow one until I had time to get to Pet Smart... I even explained that I had to work that day.... I told them I would never be back. After reflecting I realize that this is a bad Vet Clinic- receptionists are overworked and not friendly at all. The office manager treated me terribly and worse than that they treated My dog like they were ashamed of her because she is not purebred I guess. I will never go back there and I told them so. Then they had the audacity to say they fired me as a client! Good riddance. I talked to some other folks that said this Clinic has declined in the last year or two and they are also leaving.

He always comes home happy and tired from his day of play. This place is a wonderful option if you work long hours and feel guilty about leaving your dog home all day. She takes care of our fur babies like they're her own. Her Kennells are very clean and the dogs have their own runs. Her Kennells are in a great barn below her home. Like I said, the Kennells are very clean and I've never smelled any offensive pet odors there. The dogs have plenty of clean and fresh water and food. She's great about giving any meds or special care needed as well. I have no problems or fears leaving our pets with her! The peace of mind that brings is worth any amount(she is very fair w her rates) and I know when we go on business trips or vacation that our pets will be loved and taken care of. You won't regret bringing your animal here. She's just a really caring and conscientious person who loves animals!

While I have met 2 wonderful cats of whom I adopted at this establishment Catista (Callie) and Copycat (Bashful), I cannot excuse the way management operates this establishment. At one point I came here to adopt a cat by the name of Chocolate Fudge. To make a long story short, this cat was not having good synergy with my household and showed no signs of getting more comfortable. Since I don't have a car, I paid $100 for a round trip. This trip was to A. Return Chocolate Fudge so she can find a better home than me since it's the responsible thing to do, and B. Find a new cat to adopt. They refused to serve me for the adoption on that trip based on their personal views of "Oh it's too soon to adopt another one". Isn't the point of adoption is to give these animals a good home so long as the adopter is a good person? Not waste adopter's time with your personal views? Months later, got a call from this establishment asking me to relinquish my registration on Chocolate Fudges microchip. I said "Seriously? You waited for months to ask me for this? Not on the spot? It's kinda not my issue now" but eventually consented to it. Eventually after getting a ride from a buddy, I came to adopt another cat for me an my husband to enjoy. APARENTLY they wanted to be all passive aggressive with me about my first review and waste my time for AN HOUR while forcing me to swallow my pride and apologize. AND leading me to delete my original review for this place. All so they can tell me same visit adoptions are no longer a thing management allows and for me and my husband to go home empty hand despite having a history as a wonderful pet owner. Talk about petty. Now this update review is your karma in spades. I eventually sent my friend as a decoy to adopt Kirby (Thor) FOR ME in which the papers and cat can be legally handed over to me to bypass the bull crap. This place tried to prevent me from adopt this cat but Joe Felix Rosenburg ain't stupid. I'm not coming back here. I may have adopted some winners from here before, but even good businesses will be ruined by terrible management. I will be finding a new place to adopt future pets because I do not support adoption clinics that puts their morals and values above what is right for the animals. And I'm especially upset that I had to swallow my pride, and apologize just to STILL be sent home without a cat. As a Level 8 Local Guide, I'm giving this place a 1/5 Stars.

I've raised and bred American Bullies before my move and always vet my own animals except Rabies..and the microchips.. Yearly physicals I set at same time for both dogs to be seen.. Hazel was diagnosed with Lyme disease in May/June just prior to our move so at visit I wanted her condition checked and bloodwork.. I was shown to a room with both dogs then one dog at a time was taken out of room, nails trimmed, flea pills and Rabies vax given out of my presence. Then told visit was over and they'd call me.. Yearly or really any visit the vet comes in and examines and discusses concerns and answers questions.. Not Dr. Griffin.. Macdonald's drive thru vet.. Over $500 for less than 20 minutes for both dogs.. I was told she examined them in the hallway., I'm like what?? Why am I leaving my review now a year later?? I heard the radio ads looking for new clients which tells me little ole hometown girls vet practice just might be suffering.. Good.. greedy vet needs sent to the breadline.. I certainly told every pet owner I know and I see it has no one there when I drive by.. Yep, I'm certainly hoping Karma arrives for greedy hometown girl.. She loves animals and treats them all with gentleness and respect. My dog is a gentle giant and a bit timid. Yet, Jill has won her over and my pet is always happy to return for her 6 week grooming. Jill also helped me with my elder cat who had stopped grooming herself and become badly matted. The lion cut Jill gave her was really cute, but more importantly gave the cat great relief. She came home much happier and more comfortable. I'm not sure what happened in the first review, because Jill has always given me only what I asked for and worked with us to give our pets the best care. I think she's the best groomer we've ever had, and we always had pets and lived a variety of places. I recommend her highly.

Get your dogs nails trimmed by Erika at a very fair price. She's great and if you check around, it's usually $20 or more anywhere else. We also have boarded our dog there overnight and that price is also very inexpensive. Kim is the owner and she is very friendly and fair with her pricing. People should be supporting this business over chains like PetSmart!
