When I called to voice these concerns I was originally put on hold for near an hour, then when I finally reached the manager she just deflected and denied, even tried to tell me they don't have male employees when I mentioned that he's more scared of males but the kicker is a male employee sold me the bird! So not only do they mislabel and possibly abuse their animals, but they'll lie to your face about it! She offered me a refund if I brought the bird back but I didn't want him to go back into the hands of his abuser. EDIT: I feel like I should also state that they didn't even know the age or gender of the bird when I purchased it. They just had it labeled as a hand fed Cockatiel which in retrospect should have been the red flag to not purchase from these horrid people.

I took my extremely elderly dog back for a groom in early February (he was 17 and 5 mos). They…read morecalled me to come get him and alerted me to a serious health problem he was having. I took him to the Vet on Feb 11th and tried to get it fixed. By the 28th, his condition had deteriorated so much that I had to say goodbye and let him go. I went back to thank them for helping me care for him. Part of his problem was a serious food allergy --so I had purchased all kinds of different foods hoping to improve his eating. They allowed me to return the unopened items (I am part of the "club" and they could read my receipt.) Everyone was very caring and offered condolences... I was very appreciative of all they did to go above and beyond with my dear L'il Guy. We also have cats and I will continue to shop here.
